    So far so good! Love the AI wash features makes laundry a breeze! Also the app is awesome! If you’re headed out you can put the laundry in and put detergent in and when you’re on your way home you can start it from the app so that it will be done when you’re home.

    Would have given it 5 stars except the app doesn’t work well. It is used as a selling feature. Without this is just a very good washing machine. Until 3 years ago had always used front loader. Bought a house that had NEW LG appliances and the washer was a top load. It was OK, but we noticed the close were slowly becoming off color. We felt the Front Load cleaned better so we switched. Plus we added the pedestal so it is at just the right height to lean in and pull laundry out, rather than climb into the top load washer (which for a short person could require a step stool)

    I love this washing machine. It has several settings for each type of load that I can choose from. It also informs me when it's time to clean the tub. This is the very first washing machine I've purchased and out of all that I've used, I'm glad this is the one I bought!
