    We were disappointed in the installation of the dryer and washer. We were unable to communicate with the installers since they did not speak English and we didn't speak Spanish. They neglected to turn on the gas on the dryer and didn't secure the washer drainage hose. We had to have a service visit to correct both problems causing us to be without a washer and dryer for another week.

    This is a really nice washer. The only thing it doesn’t have that my old washer had was the steam fresh cycle. I guess they do that to make you buy a separate steamer for your wrinkled clothes.
