Quiet, large capacity and very easy to use. This washer has the capacity to clean a king sized comforter (ours is not a very fluffy type comforter). Very pleased with our purchase.

This is a great washer. Huge tub with no center piece allows for large bulky items to be washed. It does a great job and the controls are simple enough to use. I have had it for a little over a month and had no problems with it. ( I wouldn’t expect to in that short amount of time). It is very quiet and stable.

I love my new washer. It cleans the clothes so quietly which is so nice because our washer hookup is in the kitchen and close to where we spend most of our time. It is not disturbing at all because it is so quiet. It also almost practically dries the clothes before they come out as well. The clothes don't come out soaked, just damp.

Love this washer, thought I wanted a washer like the older models with the big agitator in the middle instead of the small one. I feel this washer gets out clothes just as clean and don't feel it's hard on the clothes. Also the young men who installed both washer and dryer were AWESOME! Left area neat and clean, explaining the run

VERY HAPPY with the LG washer. Very disappointed with the installation process. Because of all the problems with getting the washer installed I was not able to use it until mid-June 2021 even though it was delivered May 2021. Great washing machine. Big tub. Cleans better than expected. Quiet.

Great washing machine! Love it! Very quiet and it holds lots of clothes. The only problem I have (and it's an easy fix) is that it can be hard to reach small items (socks, for example) when the washer is done. I got an inexpensive laundry grabber on Amazon to solve this problem.

We purchased this LG washer to replace our previous LG which we loved (only wished it lasted a bit longer but it got a lot of hard use). This model was highly rated by Consumer Reports and by customer reviews. We have had it about a month and find the controls to be very easy to use with good overall performance.

So far, so good with this new LG washer. We opted for a top-loader as a replcement for our aging Frigidaire front-loader. We had the previous washer many years so that's all I have to compare to... - Larger tub for possible larger loads - Auto water level sensing seems to be working - Supposedly water and electric efficient, we'll see - Cleans the dirty clothes, linens, etc as expected

We received the washer as a replacement for our Whirlpool that completely died while still under warranty. It's a lot quieter, seems to get our clothes cleaner and the cycles are faster. So far it seems to be a great machine, I am just hoping it holds up better than the last.

Bought this to replace an old washing machine that kept walking no matter how empty it was. Plus owner needed operational simplicity because she is used to the ole turn the knob and press the button. The glass lid gives clear view of how efficient this washing machine works. Little more expensive than other models

I've had it for a month now, I'm surprised how quiet it is, it washes good enough, even though for tough stains some elbow grease and treatment might be required before hand but all is well. Looks good. Washes good. Quiet with a nice melodic jingle to finish its cycle. No complaints.

We recently replaced our washer/dryer combo. This washer is soooo much better than the last one we had. Clothes are washed quickly and thoroughly. Clothes come out clean and are done faster than before. It is easy to use and fairly quiet.

Love this machine! I don't know what we did before. Love the auto sensing for water, our clothes are cleaner, etc. It's super easy as well. Our adult sons haven't flown the nest just yet and are using it as well. I did some research and am happy that I found a good one!

We replaced our previous, worn-out washer with this one. I'd read on Consumer Reports that LG is currently the most reliable washer brand. The guy at BestBuy said as much, too. It's large capacity works well and overall, it's relatively quiet.

I had a top of the line LG front load 5.1/5.2 cubic ft washer, and at first we really liked it, but then.... no. It constantly leaked water, we found out you can't use downey products or un-stop-ables because our clothes kept getting a dark grease smudge marks after a wash, and the front panel opening area was constantly building up mold - and we cleaned it out all the time and NEVER left the door stay shut. We did it all correctly and still had these problems. No more front-load washers here. I still like the LG brand, and we hope for better luck with this top load machines. So far so good...

Great washer! Cleans clothes much more quickly than our last front loader washer. Had so many problems with that one. Top loaders are the way to go! Only odd thing with this washer is it spins the clothing for awhile before water enters drum. Be forewarned.
