bought washing machine in December, I've used the washer under 25 times and it already broke down, they had to replace the drain pump! I was told LG was the best. My previous washer last almost 30 years, and it was a Kenmore, but since Sears stores are closed, I couldn't buy another one, so I opted for an LG, BIG MISTAKE, It's been nothing but a nightmare trying to get it fixed! NEVER AGAIN
