We have only had this for about a month, but so far we are very happy with it. This is my first new washer as our previous one was about 20 years old and came with our house. It does use very little water, but our clothes are coming clean, so that is what is most important. I love how much dryer our clothes are and take much less drying time than previously. The clothes are a bit more wrinkled coming out of the washer, but the dryer takes care of that. The wash cycles are definitely longer at about 60-70 minutes which I was concerned about, but has not been an issue. Time will tell on overall quality. I hope to get 20 years out of this machine too, but unfortunately that is probably not likely.

Delivery and hook up went smooth and easy from Best Buy. I like the easy selections for different settings for all your laundry needs. No problems with the amount of water the machine automatically selects for the amount of the load. I strongly recommend downloading the manual on line. The one that comes with the washer is very basic. Also, download the app for this model. We love how much quieter this washer is compared to our ten yr old adjetater one. The impeller does a great job cleaning using the calculated amounts of water used. Easy to operate, and has a strong spin cycle leaving only damp clothes to dry. Like the musical tones when the laundry is finished. So far no cons on this model. Enjoying it every day, and would recommend buying. Good warranty from LG and Best Buy.

So far this washer has performed beautifully. It’s fairly quiet, especially when the laundry doors are closed. It has performed well. It does feel much larger in the laundry space than it appeared in the store. Make sure you measure.

I am very pleased with this washer. It is the first impeller-type machine I've owned, all the rest have been agitator types that must fill with water. With the transparent lid you can see everything it is doing, and at first I could not believe it could clean my clothes with so little water. But it does, reliably. We will save a lot of money on our water bill. It also is extremely quiet, much quieter than our old agitator. And to top it off, it spins so well that the clothes come out much dryer than with the old machine, which means less drying time and even more money savings. I should add that at least for us the Best Buy installers were awesome.

So far great washer, quite, cleans well, I load it with big blanket, it washed it very well and smells so good.

Excellent washer. Well made, quiet, easy to use. Seems like clothes are cleaner than previous Maytag. Water levels are good with no balance problems.

This is my 2nd LG washer and it works great, clothes are clean and fresh, its pretty quiet during spin cycles and wash. Will keep buying these. Only cons to this is the come is super loud when your pressing buttons for the settings, also my 8 year old washer have a bunch more settings for different washes settings on this are pretty basic. Overall would buy again

I've never had a washer with so many options - Heavy Duty - Bedding (uses less water) - Delicates - Speed Wash - Heavy Soil - Deep fill and more. It's environmental friendly using less detergent and less water. The estimated time that the wash setting will take is shown in case you want to know and plan around it. Perfect with matching dryer with complimentary settings. The 4.5 cubic sf drum fits large loads and even a king size lightweight comfortable.

This LG Model WT7000CW Impeller is a much needed improvement compared to the machine we just got rid of. I think this is probably the best machine you are going to find in this price range, yes you can find stuff for less but I am always disappointed with the lower end machines. The overall build is strong and sturdy, nothing feels cheap. I tend to get loads done faster with this new LG and the time indicator is a handy feature. My previous Impeller machine had problems with loads getting unbalanced for no reason at all, but this LG Impeller has handled everything I have thrown at it with no problems. Overall this LG WT7000CW Impeller is much quieter than my past machines and does a much better job.

I like the top loading lid. Easy to see clothes in washer. I like that it uses less water, although that takes some getting used to. Good choice of wash cycles, water temp and spin cycles. Clothes do come out more wrinkled. I have been using the medium spin.

I like this washing machine. It does the job. I like doing small loads of laundry so that the folding and putting away parts are not overwhelming, so this machine works for me. It doesn't have an agitator, but that's fine because I have an office job and my clothes don't get terribly dirty. It has been going strong for a year. Fingers cross it's going for a few more!

Really like this model and fits perfectly in my townhome space. Very nice and washes great! Nice features too! I also own the matching dryer! Both are great products!

Surprising large interior and quiet operation. Washes my clothes a lot better than my older unit. I've had good luck with LG products thus far. Will continue to purchase them going forward.

Purchased this washer to replace the my old washing machine and it works good so far. I was afraid it would be too noisy, but it's not that loud. It washes clothes better than my old washing machine but the washing time is longer (at least 1 hour). Best Buy installed the washer and dryer in under an hour and both fit perfectly in my smaller laundry room.
