Received washer and had a large dent. With that being said, my family loves this washer. Not the usual noisy washer but quite and smart

This purchase was such a God moment for us. Our old washer of over 14 years was given us major issues. So we went for something bigger and more advanced in technology. What a great surprise and purchase this washer has been. It's been only a little bit over a month, but we are happy and thrilled with our new washer machine. It is great for small loads, heavy loads, and even King Size bedding. It's a great product for a family of five or more.

Easy to operate and quiet! I like having the agitator again!

So far this washer has been doing very well. It gets the clothes cleaner and in a shorter time than my old impeller top loader. The controls are easier to use and the internet connectivity is really helpful to let me know when the cycle is done. My only complaint is that it is fairly loud.

Excellent replacement to our WP Cabrio that stopped agitating... this LG is quicker, quieter, and has more usable functions. Have yet to ise them all, but I can say this machine gets clothes much cleaner (I attribute it to having an actual agitator). Good price, super quick delivery to our local BB store. Couldn’t be happier!

Our previous washer of many years died on us and we decided that going back to the days of a top loader would be a better choice for our family… thankfully we did, we love how clean our laundry is and all the variable functions that LG offer on our new washer!

Loving our LG washer and dryer so far! Really enjoy all the different settings and features of this washer. It checks that everything is well balanced, has a “stain” cycle (which is GREAT since we have a 7 month old), and several other settings. The child lock feature is fantastic. Everything comes out smelling clean!

our last washer broke down and it didn’t have an agitator, so it wouldn’t clean our clothes the way we liked it): but this washer is great! the agitator cleans our clothes really good and leaves it smelling so good!! the wifi feature has really helped us knowing when our clothes is done and delay our washes!! overall really awesome washer!

This machine works really well. There is so much room and has several different cycles that my old machine didn't have. We really like that it is efficient and the sensor controls the amount of water used. Our only reservation is that the tub is so deep, my wife has a hard time reaching some of the smaller items at the bottom.
