My only con is the speakers as with most new tvs now, the speakers face the floor and that doesn't do much for sound. A soundbar will make this tv shine.

Great for the price, great picture, good sound with speakers pointed downward and not out the back. Have had the TV for about 6 months now and am highly satisfied. I recommend this LG 42" TV.

Not a fan of LG TV's but this was for an electronic display so I can't say what watching tv channels would be like. The price was right which was good. So far it's been good. Wouldn't recommend it only because I only buy Samsung for tv watching.

This is an excellent tv, especially for the price. Recommended without hesitation, and Best Buy has always been a great place for me to find exactly what I am looking for, and at the right price.

I bought this TV as a Christmas present for my son. It is a good TV. Beautiful picture, great sound. He uses it for video games and keeps saying that he is amazed how clear the picture is.

I went from a 32" 720p to this 1080 and am really impressed with the quality of the picture. It's easy to setup and mounts to my stand Easley.

this is the second LG tv i've purchased Great picture quality, sleek, and the screen takes up adequate amount of inches. No complaints, thus far.

This is my first LG Led TV. I like the picture quality and size. What I didn't like was the stand. Instead of a pedestal stand it had 2 "feet" for the base. This made it impossible to use on the tv stand I had and put it in the area I wanted.

A very inexpensive TV for what you get. Very happy with the picture quality, sound quality and overall look of the TV. Couldn't be happier.

We bought our LG 42 inch in September 2015 and use it our bedroom. We hung it on the wall and it is plenty big enough. It is a great picture and the audio and video work perfect for us.

Good sound quality and picture. Very reasonably priced for a medium sized flat screen. Sales person was very helpful in helping me determine the best product for my limited viewing space.

I use this TV with a wall mount and it is perfect. The graphics are awesome and is perfect size. I would reccomend this tv to anyone wanting to buy a tv for a bedroom. Awesome product.

The resolution is crystal clear. You can see every pore on the tv news readers noses! Easy setup. Just a great tv at a great price.

This TV was fairly easy to set up (after I called the cable company to talk me through it), and it is a great TV. The color is very realistic, and we have no complaints what-so-ever.

Picture and sound quality is great. It's the perfect tv for a master bedroom and or a mid size guests room. Perfect for game rooms too

Terrific picture and easy setup. Great value for the money. My only complaint is that the there are only 2 HDMI ports. It should have more. Otherwise, very happy with the television.
