So when I needed to replace my Samsung 42" Smart TV i purchased the 42" LG OLED Smart TV. The color and picture in this model LG TV is absolutely incredible. The LG is easier to setup and navigate than the Samsung and really a better Smart TV. OLED's are a bit pricey but the picture quality and color make it worth every penny.

It does an amazing job as a monitor. I also use it occasionally for watching streaming services. It is very easy to setup. Has a wide variety of presets out of the box and can be fine tuned for specific needs.

The Best Buy representative was friendly, knowledgeable about the tvs, and helpful. The tv was even on sale so we saved $200.

The picture is great from a long distance (20’)sound is good and it’s just right for the area. Tried another top brand and it just wasn't as good.
