    The first problem I had with my LG smart TV was trying to get it connected to my wi-fi. After about 4 hrs on the phone with my wi-fi carrier, we came to the conclusion that it was the tv and not the wi-fi. After changing some settings on my wi-fi, it finally connected. Exactly one week later, the power went out, and it wouldn't connect again. This time, it only took 1/2 hr to fix. It has just disconnected itself from the wi-fi for no known reason at least 3 more times and each time, I have to re-enter all of the information, just like starting from scratch. The color, sound, etc is great, but for some unknown reason, it won't stay connected to the wi-fi, even though my other smart tv's and everything else is fine!

      Hi Grace, I can image how frustrating it is to have to reconnect to the WIFI, repeatedly . Have you tried power cycling the television? You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in. After this, check for firmware updates. Also, double check your connections to ensure they are secure.     This TV is ok. There are a lot of apps that LG does not support or the other way around.
