This particular purchase only lasted 4 days. On the 5th day when I turned it on, my picture was pizelized on all stations. We were leaving for vacation and arranged for our cable company come out and check to see if it was cable connection was bad. We arranged for the cable company the day after we returned from vacation. After several tests it was determined it was the television. We exchanged the bad television for another the same model and we’re pleased.

I expected to love this tv. I tried to. It was so loaded with apps that wanted me to sign up for services, it felt like navigating through land mines. It would drop offline and state different error codes. Every app and station change took between 15-30 seconds to load, really frustrating.
I was streaming via internet only, no cable TV or Apple TV device. So with those the experience might have been different, BEST BUY WAS GREAT ABOUT THE RETURN, and I was happy to be rid of this TV.

The TV started to cycle on-off-on recently, and now all I get is a black screen (with no audio). I have attempted the standard trouble shooting steps with no success. I guess this TV is only good for about 14 months. If you think that $330 for 14 months is good, then this is the TV for you! I hope you have better luck than I did.

The TV stand is horrible! Worst TV stand of all four TVs in our home. Inferior product. The two male bracket supports easily side out of the female receptor inside the TV. Sudden storm wind blew the TV over. Best Buy only covers 14 days. Their 2-year protection plan doesn’t cover. I’m calling my credit card company now to get a full refund. I hope this is not a trend with items purchased at Best Buy. My friend has a refrigerator he bought from Best Buy that’s been troubling him

Are you kidding me? I bought a $400 TV that doesn't have an aux output, how on earth can you justify not including a port that has to cost pennies at the scale LG produces TVs. Absolutely ridiculous. It looks fine, and the built-in speakers are acceptable, but that is completely irrelevant because the thing has been rendered useless for my specific use case without an aux port.

The tv works fine except when using the web os for long periods of time. I bought the tv for church to show the calendar and pictures at the entranceway. It turns off after 4 hours, even though the sleep timer is off. Best Buy said that’s the way the tv is. No fix. So it doesn’t work for the purpose for which it was purchased.

Absolute worst picture quality, fuzzy and the color is terrible as well. No way this should be considered 4k. Tried going through all the settings to no avail. My fault I saw it on line and never looked at it in the store. Just glad it's not a primary TV. Save your money.

Total garbage. Looked good for the one week it worked before the picture flipped to crazy psychedelic world and I had to return it. Got a Sony Bravia instead and much happier.

TV wont turn on at all after 3 months. tried a new power cable, changed batteries on remote. tries turning it on with the power button on tv and now best buy tells me i cant return it.

2nd lg I owned..
the first was a 65” .. awesome tv.. great picture, and came with a magic remote.. sold it to a friend because I moved and now they love it..
I picked this one up.. and honestly had an issue with it the first month, as in there were 3 days/ times where I would turn it on, and the picture looked like a water color painting.. kinda trippy looking.. so I had to reset the tv those times and restart the entire setup.. I maybe thought it was even the internet that was causing it..
I was patient before running back to the store and returning it.. because I knew it was the newest model this year.. figured maybe that updates were coming out soon..
the problem literally resolved itself.. possibly through the updates I installed over the next 2 weeks and/or lg getting diagnostic feedback from the tv itself …
Haven’t had any issues whatsoever since.. and it’s on constantly for 16 hrs a day ..
