First time to use smart TV. I'm very satisfied with this TV.. Big screen and great resolution. Price was good. I spent some time to figure it out how to convert remote to mouse, but once you know it, it is easy to use. Only comments. There is no detailed instruction book for how to use remote control.

This is a really nice tv that is 4k, looks great, easy to set up and for the quality/ price point it's an awesome deal. I would recommend this for someone's looking for a 4k tv that doesn't need all the bells and whistles. It's not as nice as some of the higher end 4k TV's but it is still a great tv.

Sweet t.v. for the price and easy set up. Linked automatically to all other LG products. Picture is crystal clear, which is a huge factor for me. Can't stand fuzzy/blurry picture. This is my 2nd smart t.v. and the smart feature is so smooth and easy to scroll thru and find what I want.

We have been using this TV for a few months and really love it. I haven't had a Smart TV before so it's great that we can just push a button on the remote for Netflix or Amazon. Of course, there are more options on the Home screen. My only 2 issues are... 1) The buttons on the remote for play, rewind, etc are small and in a weird place so I have to turn on the light to find the correct one. Hopefully, my haptic memory will kick in soon. 2) I don't like the look of some shows. Maybe it's because they were filmed in video versus film. They look fake to me. My husband doesn't notice it. Anyway, I read you can play with the TruMotion setting so I'll have to check that out. Everything else looks fantastic!

This tv is a great value for the money. Of course you can find better picture quality, but nowhere near the price point. If you’re looking for a good quality smart tv that won’t break the bank, this should be on your list.

In all my experience with TECHNOLOGY, LG always dominates the competition! Everyone raves about Samsung and others, I've owned & worked on all brands & this LG product beyond exceeded my expectations, GORGEOUS PICTURE & NATURAL VIBRANT COLORS, Works excellent with my Xbox One X and makes every show regardless of if it is 4K UHD/HDR, HD or SD look stunning and so realistic you almost forget your watching a television and feel like your in the show or game! PROUD OF MY PURCHASE AND YES IT IS WORTH THE $ YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I am a Technician with any type of electronics & if I recommend it then its truly something I use..

I bought it during Thanksgiving sale and I am very much satisfied with my purchase. It is great, crystal clear colors, easy to setup and operate. Decent size tv for apartment. Speaker is loud, stand is non flimsy at all!

Moved up from 40” to 49” for bedroom & glad we did! Small cost difference & Best Buy had lowest price anywhere. Beautiful clear picture! Comes with many apps - only disappointments are remote is too small & not easily usable and power cord is too short.

Quality 4K TV that is a perfect size. I added an LG sound bar and all is well. Warning - I also own Samsung TV’s. Unfortunately Samsung will not honor their first year warranty. LG from now on if you want a Smart TV.

The tv overall is excellent. I only gave it 4 stars though due to the sound, as there are times the sound seems to be louder or lower SOMETIMES from one station to the next. Not sure if it’s the cable or the tv. I believe it’s the tv though. Otherwise, the picture is excellent. The setup was fast and easy. Use is easy. Love the feet that hold the tv and the fact that the power button is underneath and not on top of the tv for kids to pull it down. I love it other than the sound at times sounding excellent and then other times sounding low where I have to turn the volume up to almost the max to hear. I’m in my early 30’s and not going deaf either. Lol. Maybe a nice sound bar would help.

I liked the picture quality, the webOS smart tv UI, the sound quality and the price. It's good size for my bedroom. The remote is not too great but that's not a major issue. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

I purchased this LG for my parents has a Christmas present. Is not Christmas yet, but I did had take it out of the box to make sure it was working fine since it was delivered by UPS. Thankfully it worked fine. I was surprise at the picture quality and colors it produces. Picture is similiar to my living room tv which is a much more expensive TV. Has plenty of options to play with, sound adjustment and picture as well. I connected it to my PS4 Pro which is 4k and HDR capable, and played COD WWII, let me tell you I was amazed at the picture it delivered. I paid $299 on Black Friday sale and I think it was a great purchase. I can’t say anything about durability yet, but once my parentes put it to use I will know. Def. recommend it.

TV has a great picture and good sound at an affordable price. No features are lacking from the more expensive models as this is a smart TV and HDR compatibility. Great value for a "mid-level" TV.

LG produces good products. I love this TV! The definition and colors are great. It is so easy to change to You Tube, Netflix and other apps. My 11 year old twin nephews hooked up their XBox and I enjoyed watching them play Minecraft and Skyrim (sp?). The background sounds on TV programs makes crickets sound like they are really in the room. Background voices trick my dog; he sometimes barks because he thinks someone else is in the house! The only drawback is that you have to use the help menu to learn how to use different features; I am old school and would rather look at a paper manual. I would, however, definitely recommend this TV to friends and family.

I got this TV for a Black Friday deal. For my first 4K TV it was I really like it. The WEBos 3.5 feature is amazing, the web browser gets the job done. One push Amazon video and Netflix is very convenient when you wanna watch movies on the spot. Everything works when you are bowsering the web and other apps. The resolution is point, I have mine set on the vivid picture when on cable and game picture while playing my PS4. The cons that I have are the quality on this TV is basic 4K, and the remote is kinda cheesy and no YouTube app. Guess you get what you pay when this, I still like it though. This can last me a few years until I'm ready to upgrade.

Good things : nice picture quality,reasonably thin and sound quality, priced well Bad things: build quality not so great,too much plastic in it, app store does not have enough apps, remote pretty basic, no bluetooth.

Easy to use and set up Smart TV for a good price. Excellent picture quality. The only thing i don't like is the remote. Does not light up and i'm always missing the right buttons.

Reviewed several brands, decided on LG. Went into store to see for myself and was instantly sold. Great picture, color, easy to use. Great Value!

I have never owned a smart tv and my old tv was 10 years old. This is a great upgrade. I’m loving the features. The picture is bright and beautiful. The tv itself is super light.
