Motor Easily Damaged
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The washer worked great for two years and then a coin made its way from the basin down into the motor, causing it to seize and no longer operate. We had it fixed for $400 only for it to happen again within a year from a button from a shirt. I dont understand why a washer would be made so that small objects would fit through and even more so dont understand why they would go through into the motor itself. I understand that you are supposed to remove objects from pockets, however I'm sure everyone accidently lets one coin through at some point and how can you avoid washing clothing with buttons. I'm disappointed with this purchase.
