This washer is HUGE! We've had our washer for a couple of months so far, and I can't believe how much laundry we can do at once--no more taking bulky bedding to laundromats or the dry cleaners! It's very easy to use, too. The only negative I see might be that a shorter person could have problems getting all the laundry at the bottom of the tub.

i wanted a washer that was great and I love this washer. you can put a comforter in it and we have queen size and they fit. it took a while to get used to it, and I mean its very quiet and it doesn't use a lot of water. it was weird at first but I like it now. the only thing I had to do was buy (HE) soap and fabric softener due to me having the other. other than that I enjoy this washer is just a little pricey for me but what the heck it made the other half happy so I am happy. also I get a laugh at the end of the cycle because it play a tune.

We bought this as a replacement for our old GE washer. I fell in love with this washer. It is big and wash clothes nicely! It is very quiet and I love the music when you turn it on and when washing cycle is done. The best part the I like the most are the options of how you want your clothes be washed and what kind of fabrics. The touchscreen is a plus! It's worth it for the price! I am glad we purchased this!

This is an amazing machine and worth price. It balances your load and it uses steam efficiently and the motor is a direct drive guaranteed for 10 years. The machine is whisper quiet and very effective in cleaning all types of clothing materials.

I absolutely love my new LG Top loading washer. I can fit so many items in this 5.2 cu. ft tub. My laundry time has been cut in half! I can even wash my king sized comforter in the machine as well. I was a little skeptical about whether so many items at once, would all come out clean... But every item has been sparking clean!! It it amazing!! So happy that I made the investment in this amazing washer!

Great product worth every penny. Extra large tub is wonderful for things like king size plus quilts. Does a great job on all of our laundry. Smart technology, adjust settings like water needed and time according to the items being washed. Love the graphite color, looks so elegant and classy. Happy happy happy with my purchase.

After many years with an agitator washer, it was not an easy decision to go to the agitator-less machine. We read many reviews before we purchased the LG. We have had the washer for a month and have had no issues. It cleans well; is less noisy than my last machine. I did read from the reviews that short people had trouble reaching the bottom; I'm glad I'm not short. But, the capacity of this machine is awesome; I can clean king size bedding without issue.

WOW Is the biggest and baddest washing machine you've ever seen; it can even handle a small dirty child. ;) Seriously though, we love it you can handle twice as much as the previous machine.

Best Buy delivery was great (they don't even wheel the machines any more, they carry them using a large strap to avoid damaging floors). We've had the machine for about a month and it works very well, as expected. Some people complain about unbalanced loads, but I don't think they're using common sense. You have to set the spin cycle to match what you're doing. Have heavy sheets? Setting spin speed to ultra high is probably going to cause a problem. If you set it to medium, your sheets will still be plenty dry to transfer to the dryer, and you shouldn't have an unbalanced error. I also recommend pretreating all stains. This machine gets my clothes clean, but without an agitator, stains need all the help they can get.

I enjoyed this machine and its washing capabilities. My clothes were clean and soft after I figured out the proper amount of detergent. The only downside was the excessive vibration and noise. Therefore, I traded it in for an LG front loader. Side note: HE top loaders tend to be a little tough on garments in comparison to front loaders, but they clean better.

When my new washer and dryer were delivered, my boys wondered if I was trying to wash the entire house! Life changing is not an exaggeration. I really put this baby through the paces. I used to spend so much time doing laundry, it seemed never ending. This washer is so large, that in an average week, I do three loads, and that includes *everything* for a family of three. What used to take me two or three loads in my old washer, I can do in one. It handles queen-size comforters and blankets without a problem. No more laundromat for us! The flexible features make this washer really special. I highly recommend that you read the owner's manual from cover to cover, but it's a lot to absorb on the first reading. It's a situation where you learn the basics, then reread the manual again to learn a little more. A feature that took me by surprise is how there doesn't seem to be an excess of water used during a wash. At first I had to look really hard to make sure that there was even water in the tub. This washer definitely takes advantage of a good soaking, so a load will take a little longer. When it's done, it plays a little tune. The little tune is cute at first, but it's mostly annoying now. The beauty is that you can turn it down or off altogether. Highly recommend!

This washer replaced an old kenmore 300, I used to wash clothes twice in order to get them clean. Now all I have to do is put it in and choose normal wash or heavy duty and my clothes comes out really clean. I recommend using the water plus option. Love it, and will be buying the dryer as well.

I haven't used all the features but the ones that I have used are awesome. I like how the machine recognizes the weight and distributes it so that there is no knocking or banging sounds. This is a quite machine and it has done a great job doing my clothes. Make sure it is professionally installed and you won't have any problems. No complaints thus far.

Going from front load to top load, I was worried about performance. This LG had the best reviews out of all I looked at. I am loving this washer! Yes, it has a huge deep tub but that has not been a problem. Easy to use, plenty of wash options, couldn't be happier. It is a little louder than front loader but not enough to make a difference.

Whenever it comes to big electronics purchases, I always go with LG. When getting a new washer and dryer, I went the same route. This washer is huge and my clothes have never smelled better! Fits our king size comforter, has many settings depending on what you are washing and is efficient with the energy bill. Would highly suggest to anyone.

Still learning to use it properly but I have noticed that my clothes smell ultra fresh! They do get a little wrinkled when I add a lot of clothes but the dryer will usually take those out! Overall a nice washer ... Very deep ... Almost need a step stool to reach the clothes
