silent, efficient, gorgeous and full of features...

I replaced a washer and dryer set that was also LG and nearly 20 years old! I am enjoying the new LG Tower and the updated features. My only issue is how low the washer is to the floor. I am redoing my entire laundry room with custom cabinets, so I am lifting the tower on a platform 8" high.

Very happy. Unit was very easily set up. Definitely recommend for tighter quarters but also a good space saver.

We just purchased this machine and love how compact the whole machine is. I am able to save some space in our veg small closet space!

Works amazing! Quiet and efficient, makes our clothes feel practically brand new. Washer spins the water out very well and the dryer collects the dirt and hair and is easy to get out of the vent. Way better on our water and power bill and is compact. Love this set!!!

I like the idea that they are stackable, as it saves room. My only issue is when the washer has completed its cycle, the clothes are in the back of the machine. The person unloading it will have to bend down quite low to get their clothes out. Bad knees or bad back could be an issue.

Great product! Very roomy and fast! Can wash dog beds and comforters with ease.

This washer and dryer is very sleek in design and has smart capabilities. We always use the AI mode as it automatically determines how much soap and how long will the cycle be depending on how much clothes I put in the washer and dryer. Clothes always come out clean and dry. Plus, I don’t have to reach for the top just to operate on the dryer.

Love how little space it takes up. Like being able to program how much detergent dispenses based on the load. Delivery and installers scratched the side so be careful moving it around.

Purchased this for several reasons. First I love the looks. Very modern and clean styling. Second, it doesn’t take up much space in the laundry room. Then there is the convenience of having all the controls easily accessible unlike the old stack where it was difficult to see the settings in the top unit. There is also all the features including an AI setting that figures out what type of fabrics are in the machine, how dirty they are and then determines how best to wash them. Speaking of convenience, this model has the detergent and fabric softener reservoir system. Just fill it up and it dispenses the correct amount of each! No more dealing with tablets or pouring detergent in for each cycle. There is also full communication with your mobile device that provides you with a status of in progress cycles, time remaining and even detergent and fabric softener levels. With this machine you literally can put the clothes in and let it do the rest.

I love, love, love my washer and dryer. I did a lot of research to choose this set and could not be happier. Washing and drying are super fast and easy to use. So happy with it.

Very happy with both Best Buy and the machine. Best Buy delivered and installed on schedule (3 days). We couldn't be happier with the LG tower. Can't hear it running, no vibration and extremely easy to use. Clothing comes out cleaner and wrinkle free. Auto soap and softener work great. Steam refresh is amazing.

Absolutely love this set!! So quiet and easy to use

I like the large capacity drums. I also like the tub cleaning feature. I work in a profession that gets my clothes greasing and when I’m finished with a load of laundry I can run the tub cleaning feature. The size is also perfect height for my mom who is short.
