Very happy with our new LG washer. Easy to use, cleans very well and has decent features.

Finally got rid of my old 27 year old washer and bought this LG with the matching dryer. I love it!! What a difference!! I’ve never had a washer without an agitator and it makes a huge difference. Holds alot of clothes!!! I will absolutely recommend this one to anyone looking for a new washer!

Seriously, the installation and delivery were top-notch! The team was incredibly punctual, super courteous, and had my new washer up and running in what felt like no time at all. And the washer itself? Oh my gosh, it's absolutely wonderful! My clothes are coming out cleaner and fresher than I ever thought possible, and it operates so quietly, I hardly even realize it's on. Honestly, I couldn't have made a better purchase. I absolutely love it!

Arrived on time. The delivery staff from BRG were very excellent and had the installation done very quickly. My husband was very impressed on how they got the washer down basement steps and installed efficiently. They made sure the washer drain was secured as well. I washed 2 loads of clothes yesterday and love this washer. Plenty of water in the washer and worked and sounded as advertised. I accidentally touched the CL or child lock. Easy to unlock after looking it up online. I recommend this washer and BRG. Very professional as well. I’ve had LG set before and absolutely loved the set and really got my clothes clean.

First, this is a great machine if you are wanting a lot of space and when it spin dry your clothes, it saves a ton of drying time for your dryer.

I was apprehensive about buying a washer based on so many friends who hate the new technology in all washers today. The reviews I read on this washer before purchasing, were GREAT! I have been very pleased. It washes great - has tons of room, and completes a load in about 56 minutes (comparable to my old washer). Some reviews complained about the noise. I don't find that to be any problem, and I like the little chime it makes when it's done! Would definitely recommend this washer. (Mine is with the impeller - not the agitaor model).

It was helpful I could get this the same day. Was a little worried about having to download different wash cycles like delicates. It was simple though. This washer can wash a lot of clothes at once. After using it the last 4 weekends we are happy. Hopefully it's built for long life

Love this model! We had an LG washer at our previous house, so bought this model for the new house. This one is even better! The large capacity somehow isn’t as deep as the old one; however, this makes it so much easier to get clean laundry from the bottom of the basin. The washing capacity is the same. Our laundry smells very fresh and clean with unscented soap. In addition, I feel like this model also rinses the clothes completely.

Had a higher sq/ft washer by about .5 sq/ft. Thought it was gonna be too small from a capacity perspective. I was wrong. Works great, easy to operate, cleans better that the old one. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I like my new washer. Its very quiet and I don't have the imbalance issue that I had with my old washer. I had to get use to the technology that's a head above my old washer. I'm still learning the features and I'm enjoying the quietness. I love the little jingle that it plays when the wash cycle is done.

My wife is in love with the washer. Lots of space to wash even the biggest of items. With a newborn at home, we are doing a lot of laundry and the different settings and capacity to wash loads of various sizes and types is perfect for us. The dog even tried climbing on top of the washer it’s liked that much in our house. Looks great in the basement. Programmable settings and chime for when load is washed is nice as well.

Digging it so far. Had an LG front loading washer prior to this one. Lasted 15 years before diagnosing/fixing any issue was beyond my time and effort to spend. Felt 15 years is a solid lifespan so decided to stick to this brand for our next washer. No major issues thus far. The app for it is isn't all that intuitive. Luckily you don't need it to run the machine. It can be a little noisy. Also, you need to read how to load the washer correctly, as it seems to get off-balanced easier than my previous front-loading washer. But that could be the nature of top-loaders, idk. So far I'm happy with this purchase.

I’m very pleased with our purchase of this machine. It automatically adjusts the needed water level for your load and is so much quieter than any machine I’ve owned before.it tells you exactly how long the wash you choose will take, and displays running time of it. The speed of rinsing is powerful and clothes dry so much faster in the dryer.

Much more quiet than old washer. Larger tub but not deeper. I can reach in an touch bottom of tub without stretching in tip toes.
