Overall, satisfied with the washer. I had to adjust the machine's legs to reduce vibration but it was not difficult. The plastic door frame looks a bit cheap for the price tag but its just my personal opinion.

We replaced our 14 year old washer with this. We are very happy! We love the different cycles, the fact that we save on detergent, and that we can use the LG app.

The quality of the washing machine and clothes dryers are excellent, to date we have not had any problems with them as we expected, the reduced price was very good.

just buy LG. I have used LG washer and dryer with this bottom drawer for more than 20yrs. no problem at all. I just purchased newer LG washer and dryer for my other house. highly recommened

One of the best washers. Highly recommended for everyday use and a lot of convenient features. The before with clothes that become heavy when wet, the washer will just continue to run stuck on a random timer. You have to stop it and take clothes out and just run the spin cycle to get water out of clothes.

This product was highly rated by consumer reports and has not disappointed. Previously had a GE monogram product and everything about the LG is superior in every way.

This is an awesome budget unit. I was not aware of the ability to fill up the washer with soap and only needing to load the washer. Very neat feature.

Couldn’t be happier with this washer. Its taken some learning due to how many features there are but it does a great job with our clothes and we can even fir our king size comforter in there!

LG is a great brand. I appreciate the size of the washer in the 27 inch platform since we are tight on space . The capacity is only slightly less than the comparable model in the 29 inch platform.

Love this machine so far! The auto dispense function is one of the main reasons we purchased this machine and it has lived up to the hype!

I've only had my Washer & Dryer since Dec. 21, 2020, I'm just getting use to all the different options. So far they have been excellent purchase. Delivery & set up was EXCELLENT!!!

Took me a while to decide but I chose the right one! The door stays open to avoid mold and bacteria buildup. Everything works great and the automatic dispenser makes life easier!

Ended up going with a smaller washer because this one wouldn't fit the space. Love that one though.... very similar to this, just slightly smaller.

Love the large drum .. can easily get my king sized quilts inside … and about 15-20 of my husbands tee shirts ..

We love this product. Very user friendly. Only thing we did not like is the Best Buy installation team did not put the anti vibrating pads under the product which comes with product itself. I did not even find it with me so not sure it was given to me by BestBuy or not.

We love this washer/dryer set! We love that we add a bottle of detergent to the washer and the machine takes care of dispensing! Great product!

Great unit with several advanced features. It’s fast, the washer and dryer talk to each other, and both units have lights inside the drums.

Satisfied with the appliances and purchase price. Owned a Samsung washer and dryer or 13 years, the washer finally gave out. We were definitely ready for an upgrade.
