Larger than my last washer, quiet when running. It takes a minute to get used to the cycles and having to change the water temp settings

The washer and dryer set was great. The installer did scratch the side if the washer during the initail installation due to the tight space. It was missing the stacking kit so they could install it. They missed the delivery date and didn't let me know until I called which wasted 5 hrs of my time waiting on a Sunday afternoon. The rep made it up buy sending me the stacking kit free of charge. The 2nd installation was great as they were catefoll not to scratch the washer any further.

Best washer I have ever used, it's so easy and it holds a lot of clothes. Thanks to the smart function, I never forget to transfer my laundry to the dryer.

Wow this new washer is Amazing! LG is a Great brand. I would never use any other manufacture ever. I highly recommend this product. Excellent cleaning, no excess water and the various cycles are Awesome.... We wash between 15-20 loads a week. With 3 teenagers in the house and various football gear we are always washing. Performs better than other comparable products in the same category. Don't look further LG is the way to go.

This replaced my 21 year old LG Front loader which I loved. I knew I wanted another LG Front loader and I am absolutely in love with the color and how it works. It cuts my wash time by over half and the cycle selection and options are great. It is an added plus that I get a text when the wash is down! The drum size is fantastic and I will be able to wash my king size comforter easily. It has also reduced the number of loads I do.

We have been using this unit for a little over a month. The construction, materials, and technology are top notch. It has an exceptionally large range of features that are surprisingly self-explanatory and, when not completely clear, backed up by an easy-to-understand manual. People considering purchase of a new high-end washer should not miss the fact that LG uses direct-drive technology, so you never have to worry about a belt failing. Also noteworthy is how quiet this unit is.

The washer was just delivered 4 days ago and we've run 4 loads through it: heavy towels and backlogged shirts, about 18 of them. we were impressed with the speed compared to our 13 YO other Korean brand and the results were great. Plan to download the program descriptions from the online manual, they didn't bother putting them in the hard copy manual. The only big negative (almost lost 2 stars instead of losing one): no light inside the machine! What? Maybe they saved $4.72 but inconvenienced the customer. It adds some hassle checking for socks stuck to the drum, etc. for almost every load.

This washer is very fast and quiet does a great job of getting all the clothes very clean super happy with this purchase
