I love the features and it’s robust ability to clean even the heaviest filthiest stains. I was skeptical initially but I definitely love this item now! Smart wifi enabled. Only thing missing is HomeKit compatibility.

Not only does it wash my clothes, but it repairs discolored damage that was a result of my previous washer! Seems to as well restore the fibers of my clothes!

However, the price tag was so high I felt like I was buying a new car. I didn’t buy the most expensive model, nor did I need all the bells and whistles this machine had. Either way it works fantastically.

I went to the store & they matched the sales price. Great PR. There are numerous cycles & I haven't learned them all yet. The washer is really quiet. So far a great buy.

We replaced a version that was a couple of years old due to moving to a new home. This version you can barely read the control panel and the words are not lit up, so giving this 3 stars. The older version we had it was easily readable and well lit up. Very disappointing to say the least.

I wash at least every other day since i bought it. It senses the weight of the clothes and adds just the right amount of water. I now use less water and less detergent. A very efficient machine. My wife cannot even touch it. All washing duties now belong to me....

We have been using it for a month and have had no issues. We constantly had off balance issues with the top load. My only complaint is with heavy loads it’s loud for spin out.

This L G has my wife jumping. The 5 Cu. Ft. Capacity saves so much time with the capability to do much larger loads. It saves time and water usage especially since we are on a well. Great buy

Both washer and dryer still operating like new 17 years later, before smoke damage. LG in both homes.
