I cannot overstate how much i truly enjoy this washer. It is very easy to use. It washes clothes well, and even has a quick 15 minute setting for loads that don't need heavy washing.

We’ve only had this product s short time so I won’t give it a higher score yet. This machine is quiet, economical, and takes all the guesswork out of washing a load of clothes. I add detergent and hit the start button. It does a great job of cleaning clothes and does it quietly, unlike my children and grandchildren.

This is a fabulous machine. Works quietly and cleans my clothes wonderfully. This machine does not take as long as my old machine did. The tub is huge. Great for bedding.

We purchased to replace our older LG model. This thing is absolutely huge! It holds a ton of stuff and is super quiet. Love the notification on my phone when the load is finished so I don't forget to switch to the dryer. Downloadable cycles is great too.

Great items! Large capacity washer and dryer. Washer is quiet and both are high tech. Both hold large loads and cuts down on washing loads. Both are energy efficient and high tech. I love them!

Only had this washer for about a month but so far so good. I haven't messed with any of the smart features yet which should only make it better. I have no complaints but I will say that clothes with zippers and buttons or anything with a hard material does seem to clang around a lot more than with our previous washer. I'm not sure if its the drum material in this one is different but that does cause a bit more noise coming from the laundry room. The 5.0 is very spacious and we havnt had any issues with anything not being washed properly or anything unbalancing the load or any other issues as of yet. Now if only we had a robot to pick up the clothes and put them into the washer and then switch them over to the dryer and put them away when they are dry ;) LOL

So far, so good! We absolutely love the larger size and the ability to quickly clean clothes. Compared with an older Samsung, this model provides clean clothes in half the time.

This washer is very intuitive. It is very quiet. There are many cycles and the length of time that it cylcles is dependent on the load that is in the machine.

First impressions of this washer gives me high hopes. It has a very user friendly settings display. Quiet wash cycles. Got all my clothes clean without leaving soap residue, and has a pleasant chime to alert you of a job well job.

Very elegant. Upgraded after having an LG older version for 10 years. This one has more options and best of all it it has a light that allows you to see any missing socks :) It also feels like all clothes get a good wash.

We just purchased this washer a couple weeks ago. As we just moved into our new (to us) house, we found our hot water valve leaked so kept it off. Well, the washer didn’t like not having hot water even when cold wash was selected! Go figure! So the next day I replaced both hot & cold valves and bingo!!….our new washer got down to business!!! My wife loves all the different settings for washing different fabrics….I just need two - one for jeans and another for shirts! Yeah, I’m uncomplicated! LOL!! And it has a 5 cu. ft. capacity!! No more laundromat for blankets and comforters!!

This washer machine does not only wash great it also looks great! Our expectations were exceed and there’s an app that has extra settings. The washing time is less than our Samsung washer machine was before. I really recommend this machine and I was researching and comparing and this machine proved to be the correct choice for us. If you have kids in sports with uniforms that get really dirty (baseball or football) there is a wash mode just for sport uniforms. I found that in itself to be a win! This machine is also beautiful to look at. I highly recommend.

Great washer for the money! Much larger (and quieter) than our old Samsung, with plenty of wash cycles and a cleaning cycle as well. We looked into the dual washer but definitely glad we made this decision. Highly recommended!

We chose this machine after our Samsung crapped out after only a few years. It is super quiet and holds a lot and has a nice “finished happy laundry” song. Delivery and installation was also a breeze.

Owned a LG washing machine before for 11 years. Like that this washer has more capacity. it is quiet while washing and spinning. I like the different cycles it has e.g. a wash-cycle for towels or bedding. No more guessing

Trying to choose a new washer and dryer set can be a mind-blowing experience because every machine seems to do different stuff or has buttons that can this and that. I previously owned a Maytag but after 5 years there was several issues so instead of repairing again, we decided to purchase a new set. I did a lot of research before deciding on this machine and discovered it was rated one of the top brands for cleaning. I almost went with a different brand but the dimensions of the machine on the pedestal was too tall and wide for my space. So, we went with the second top rated machine. I have had LG front loader years ago and wish I had just stayed with this brand because we had no issue at all. I love the front load washers because I really believe they get clothes cleaner. The smart phone feature really caught my eye. I can tell when my washer/dryer is done by looking at the app or wait for the app to notify me when it has completed washing. The “Turbo Wash” setting is fantastic it has 5 jets of water spraying your clothes to help get them clean, steam feature helps lift stains before the wash. I like how you can download extra cycles with several pre-programmed cycle already included which are customizable. The door on the washer will stay open slightly to let air in around the seal to help prevent mold from growing inside the machine. With my previous machine I had to leave to door open but now it stays open slightly but will not open fully. Of course, I take a rag and wipe dry the front door and around the seal when I am finished with washing to ensure mold does not grow. This set will not disappoint but is slightly larger than my Maytag. I’m just glad I had space to scoot the washer and dryer over about 10” so our back door will close with no issue. Just be sure to measure all sides front and back to fit in your space. We are so glad that we made this purchase with no regrets. So many stores are out of stock on washers and dryers plus the pedestals seem to be hard to find as well. We looked at several stores and with the supply chain issues made it hard to find a set that could be delivered less than a month to 3 months. We looked at BestBuy and was able to get the washer, dryer and pedestals delivered and installed in 3 days, so we jumped on the purchase. I love BestBuy anyways so many of my products are from there. It really makes it convenient to have 2 years protecting free with our TotalTech membership. Plus, if we were not happy with our purchase being members, we had 60 days to return and choose something else. They would even come and pick up the machines. I think we will just keep our new set.

So far a fantastic washer, my first LG product purchase. Love the 5.0 size, love the Wifi/app connectivity. Love the load of settings you can choose. Don’t love the “load balancing” intelligence as it doesn’t always seem to work for certain bulky items or if you have sheets plus bulky blankets in the load together. Overall super happy and “excited” for my dryer to die so I can buy the LG counterpart to replace. Also absolutely LOVE the Geek squad 5-year protection plan...the only way to own heavy use appliances like this. Lastly, love Best Buy delivery & Install service. Purchased and was doing laundry again the next day. Replaced a Whirlpool front loader purchased from BB that had just had it’s 5year protection plan expire.
