The person who originally bought it must have never even set up the system as everything was still sealed in the case except the sound bar itself. Not one scratch on anything. My opinion might be a bit biased due to the price I paid, but for my average sized apartment living room this system slaps. The bass from the subwoofer shakes my walls and the atmos speakers really bring out sound effects you never noticed when watching movies you seen 100x before.

Hesitate to buy this product

LG takes too long to repair. BestBuy returns were the fastest way to get service.
