I love this washer. It is huge, especially on the pedestal, but it does an amazing job. Cuts laundry time drastically and does an amazing job deep cleaning and bringing out colors and whites. The steam function is impressive and makes a big difference. LOVE the light inside the washer..seems silly but makes a big difference. No issues at all with this unit and recommend it highly. Wifi feature is cool...but haven't personally found it a necessity.

We have been using a smaller (3 cu.ft.) Samsung washer for quite some time now and the initial use indication that this LG is head and shoulders above the last machine. Now I realize that having a washer for close to 10 years would lend itself to having a bevy of upgrades in a newer machine, but that all aside, this LG machine is quiet and heavy duty to make short work of 4 humans laundry along with the hair that comes with two dogs. Satisfied customer - Best Buy install was fast, easy, and without issue.

Coming from a top loader washing machine I have to say that this front loader washing machine is awesome. However, I have to get used to always drying out the door and rubber seal after each wash to prevent mold or mildew. But that's the only difference from top loader and front loader. Also from my research front loaders cleans clothes better than top loaders. Features on the LG is amazing and easy to use. I have to admit that doing laundry is fun now with the LG washing machine. I would highly recommend this for anybody looking to buy a front loader washer.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most fantastic invention since the wheel! I can pause it once the wash cycle has started to add things I forgot. No front loader that I know of does that~! Even when the spin cycle is on high, I can put a glass of water, full to the brim, on top of the washer and not a drop would spill. I can wash king sized comforters in it (no more going to the laundromat for those items!). It's quiet when running and fast too...much faster than my old front loader.

Had the washer for a month or two and except for the design flaw it seems to work great. Positives: - Extremely quiet - Large capacity requiring fewer loads - Lots of options (too many if you ask me) - wireless connected right up to my home network Negatives: - Sits low (recommend the pedestal if you have back issues) - Fabric Softener dispenser does not work correctly The fabric softener dispenser ALWAYS leaves softener in the basin. I have gone through two units and both had the issue. I even tried diluting the fabric softener to no avail. At this point I have given up and am using dryer sheets in the dryer

Pretty quiet. Huge drum! Load sizes don’t matter Love the WiFi function. Easy to use, same goes for the gas dryer

Quiet, excellent cleaner, and beautiful. WiFi works well with Thin Q app. Washes sheets sets and large loads with ease.

I love this washer. The features are all amazing and I love that it corrects itself if off balance in the spin cycle. I am sure my condo neighbors appreciate it too. Very quiet and efficient.

This washes my clothes very well and quietly. It looks very sleek and has lots of space. Definitely worth it!

This washer is wonderful. We all love using it. Very easy to use and very quiet. No longer is the TV drowned out by the washing running in the utility room--YAY. Does a great job washing everything from delicate items to towels. They've gone a long way to overcome problems with previous front-load washers. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the store and was price comparing. Best Buy made sure they got my business with competitive pricing and our salesman was great!

We have 5 kids and we are ALWAYS washing. The super capacity is amazing! I used to have to cut our dark clothes into two seperate loads and now it all fits into one. I use pods and liquid and both are great with this beast! The standard wash is about 30 mins or less for regular loads without pushing all the buttons for custom loads. Only thing I've noticed is during the final spin cycle the washer does vibrate and shake. I'm not sure if this is normal because this is our first front loader or maybe is an installation issue? Overall, the machine is a very good investment, haven't noticed any issues with the cleanliness of the clothes. I also wipe it down when I've completed my laundry and leave the door open to prevent the odor issue I've read about. I was skeptical at first, my old tidey whitey top loader w/agitator lasted almost 20 years but after having the LG FL washing machine, I'd NEVER look back!!

Excellent overall machine. It is quiet, spacious, user friendly, and aesthetically handsome.

Handles large loads and cleans them well. All the while it is the quietest washer of all time. So glad we went with LG!

This washer gets clothes cleaner than my previous LG front loader, and it did a great job! I am VERY impressed how wonderful items turn out. I am glad I opted for the larger size because the extra room helps large items like a king size comforter or pillows get clean. The features where water comes out at different angles toward the clothes, and the drum turns in alternating directions seems to really assist in getting clothes super clean.

Quiet with a large capacity. Easily fits our king size comforter. The steam function removes set in odors from our work clothes and leaves them crisp and fresh. The turbo wash cuts the time and energy use, but still leaves the clothes clean. A little pricy, but worth it.

I did a lot of reviews on line before I purchased this 5.2 washer by LG. There were some negative feedback, but being from the service industry myself, you need to look at the overall picture. This washing machine can handle the biggest loads and can do all my king size bedding. They are large, but what else would you expect!! No issues at all with banging pipes either!! So if you want to stop going to the laundromat, buy this washer.

The washer works great and have no problems with it. The capacity is awesome. Two problems as other people have mentioned. First problem the power on/off button is super sensitive. I've turned the washer off and on by accidently brushing against it. Most of the time when reaching above into our cabinets. Second problem though a minor one and I'm hoping will be improved. The LG app to remotely control the washer is unresponsive and buggy. Ultimately neither of these are a deal breaker and would purchase again.

Consumer Reports rates this the best front loading washer of 2019. I absolutely agree, Very large capacity, Steam selection, WI-FI enabled, very quiet, very little vibration, Wash comes out very clean and the spin gets clothes so dry they will need less time in the dryer saving dryer time and money. Highly recommend this LG Front Load washer.

Bought this along with the matching dryer and my wife loves them. She likes that they are quiet, fit a lot of clothes and that she can link them to her phone so that she gets an alert when the load is done. With so much going on in our day, its easy to forget that you put a load in, but the reminder really helps to stay on top of the laundry.
