Awesome washer!!! Gives me the convenience of starting wash cycles from the comfort of my phone, gets notified when cycle is complete. Most importantly, the technology behind this washer is simply amazing; uses far less water than the usual washers and makes little to no sound when working. I have had this for about a month and i have only used it twice.

really great washer. love the capacity. can wash large loads, large blankets and sheets. work like a champ. it dose have the same issue with all front load washers with the mold and smell build up. LG instructs to leave the front door open for proper ventilation. But not all of the household users abide to this. So there is a moldy damp smell build up. But easy to fix with the proper cleaning and ventilation

perhaps the best washer I've ever had. Extra large capacity, a cycle for every load type, easy to use, beautiful design. The only issue I have is that the On/Off button is TOO sensitive and if you lean against it, or barely touch it the washer will come on or off. They should have added the 3 sec feature to it. This is not a deterrant from buying this machine, but something to be aware of. So far I'm very happy with this product.

Quickly and efficiently washes clothes and they smell nice. Gets out stains and you can put a ton in at a time.

The washer is large so make sure that you look at the dimensions to make sure that they will fit. We were replacing 4 year old Whirlpool Duet machines that we absolutely loathed almost from the day we got them. The LG combo is certainly a thousand times better. It washes extremely well and the best thing is that you get an alert on your phone that lets you know the cycle is over. Definitely worth the price.

Bought this unit open box and the first day we received it, it leaked. It seemed to run fine and I loved the angle of the bowl. Xtra large capacity for sure! Had to return it from shipping damages to the drum.

We had the same unit in the 4.5 capacity for 8 years. Lots of heavy loads, we do dog rescue. We simply wore it out. With this larger, stronger unit the same loads are a piece of cake. We haven't increased the load size, are just using the more powerful unit so there is less stress. A load of dog beds that would send the 4.5 walking isn't even noticed with this larger capacity.
