This is our 2nd LG washer. The first one lasted 13 years! This model is user friendly, still has the exceptional LG drive & runs very quietly! Thus far, we are very pleased with our purchase!

Monster Washer. Love this thing. It’s like the luxury of washers. Fits a my Cal King bedspread with ease. There’s a quick wash and steam. I got it on sale for over just $1200 We’ll worth it. This thing is a beast. I also got the “Sidekick” to go with it. At this price point you might as well. You won’t be disappointed. Also it just looks big and mean. Lol. Like a muscle car

The LG 5.2 cu ft washer does a great job of cleaning and is fast. It’s large capacity makes washing comforters easy. It has many options for every situation. The washer is surprisingly quiet.

Using this washer for 2 mo's now. LOVE LOVE IT! I can do very large loads, they get clean, fabric is not roughed up, save on Laundry Soap, water, etc. Thankful I chose this model and brand

This washer lights up, it has amazing features and huge capacity! Plenty of room to wash big loads or king sized comforters. It’s quiet and we love it!

This easily washes large loads. It fit a king size duvet with no problem. I have mine in a basement, but it runs so quietly, I would have no issues with placing this on a main level.

Have used this washer almost every day for over a month. Great job on turbo wash--short cycle. Very quiet operation. Low water and energy usage (check your electric and water utilities for rebates). UX: User experience, or what could be improved: 1) control panel should be back lite, reflective surface makes it hard to read without direct illumination; 2) drum light should come on when door is open, magnetic catch or door close could turn light off; 3) having to hand-dry rubber door gasket after every use to prevent mildew shouldn't be a requirement--better design needed or add active self-drying.

I bought an LG product because I was one of the lucky ones to have an exploding Samsung washer and I did not want to replace for obvious reasons. I know LG makes great products. I have and LG refrigerator that I love and I don't have any problems. I needed a large washer because I have king size comforters. I read reviews about this one and everyone said, even stores, said it would accommodate king size. I had it delivered and it was the first thing I put in the washer. It was so tight I was hesitant to even wash it because there was no room for it to tumble. I queezed it in and washed it anyway when it was done it was wet. The dog hair had come off. Do I recommend this washer for king size? No, I don't. Other than the comforter issue, I noticed items come out too wet sometimes and I have to run it thru a spin cycle and I'm not thrilled with that. I don't know if it the settings or what but I will be more attentive, maybe this is not working properly. I will call them to see what the problem is. Even if LG has an issue or two it's a lot better than having a Samsung washer blow up in your laundry room. I gave 3 stars because it doesn't accommodate king size bedding like it says and needing the extra spin cycle.

Can handle a lot of clothes. Quiet too and does great with large loads. I do a lot of kids’ sports clothes and hot water cycle is nice to zap stains. Nice high efficiency front loader

This washer is so quiet when it washes that I can leave the laundry room door open. I can also easily fit a king size comforter in it with room to spare.

Love my dryer, it easily dryas a king size comforter, easy settings as well, highly recommended

If your looking for a washer that cleans your clothes perfectly this is the one! Very quiet which blows our old Kenmore Elite away, very impressed.

Wow! This is big. I just got this washer and used it later that night. I had a full hamper filled with clothes, once they got wet they looked so tiny inside the machine. Love it.! Cannot say more about those delivery guys. Above and beyond worker. Really nice professional, knowledgeable about their stuff. Wished they could be the delivery people for all my items. They were great. Kudos to those two. Thank you Best Buy

I had my last set of LG washer and dryer for 15 years. They were fading but still working. These are much quieter and works better than my old set.

I love my new washer machine. I've been doing laundry so much more quickly with the larger capacity. This machine has my much needed handwash/wool cycle as well as delicate, towels, perm press, and normal/cotton among others. It has the capacity to wash a king size comforter as well! For the most part this works just like my older LG front loader, but has a great deal more capacity. I changed from a 4.0 cu ft washer. I also love the steam cycle! I would definitely recommend this to any one with a 5+ member family!
