Easy to use with straight forward options and so very quiet

This washer has so many cycles I am still learning how to use it and have had it for 1 month now. Originally, the hot/cold water lines were switched when it was first installed. The delivery company came out and fixed it as I am not able to move the machines myself. I am thrilled that I no longer have to go to the laundromat to wash my king size comforter. This washer can hold it easily. It does a great job on all the cycles I have tried so far. The steam feature works great to really clean dirty clothes and I've used the Allergiene cycle to sanitize bed linens. I'm so glad I purchased this washing machine. On a side note, I did have Geek Squad come out and install water hammer valves that I purchased on my water lines as my machine was making the pipes in my house bang.

My LG Washer is probably one of the best purchases I have made. I used to spend my entire weekend working on laundry. Now I barely can find enough things to wash. The mega capacity drum of the washer allows me to wash more clothes at one time. This cuts back on laundry time and now I have so much free time. Makes me happy.

This machine was easy to install (by my husband) and easy to connect to the plumbing. Amazingly quiet (direct-motor-drive), even when spinning (which is incredibly fast). I'm visually impaired, and use a magnifying glass to see the controls and their positions. It's a bit sad that the machine does not remember the previous cycle-type. I need that reference to count the "clicks" to get to a new mode. But that's just me...my husband has no issues using the machine.

I like its peformance. Cleans good, nice and quiet. Had all the features i need. Plenty of room for my big family and doesn't shake the whole house!

I love my new LG washer. I can now do two loads of laundry instead of my usual four. The washer is beautiful and works perfectly. The stainless steel interior stays clean and does not have a musty odor that my old washer had.

We came across this washer as a floor model at our local Best Buy. As a young family with 3 children we needed a larger capacity washing machine to handle our clothes. This LG does the job and cleans great. We can wash clothes less frequently since the washer can handle bigger jobs.

While it was more than I ever thought I would spend for a washing machine, I am completely happy with this washer. I can put my king comforter in without any problems. It gets clean! I can now also do large cold/gentle batches without wrinkles and it gets the clothes clean. Previous reviews noted that it wore holes in laundry, but I just do not use the extra high spin cycle. And the chime when it is done is a happy sound. I have noted that the drum smells and I have used a washing machine cleaner on it more than once a month.

After researching different washers online and reading user reviews I found good reviews for this LG model and bought it. I am quite satisfied with this model. It is quite and very energy efficient. It has good features and lot of washing cycles. Very happy with this model

When I got my washer I had 4 weeks of washing to do. I started doing my wash and everything came out very clean. It may sound weird, but I really enjoy doing my wash.

We have had this washer for a few months. So far it has been impressive. We are done with the wash in 1 day where it used to take us 2-3 days. 1 load each for whites, darks and towels and we are done. We have twin 8 year old boys which keep us busy with washing extremely dirty cloths. Even washed a large comforter with all the trimmings and it didn't come close to filling it to capacity. The only thing that remains to be seen is how long it lasts (Quality). Hard to say when you haven't had it very long.

This washer is amazing! I actually sort of enjoy doing laundry now.... Ssshhhhh!! Don't tell my husband! ;^) The only downside to this machine is that I often have to consult the manual to figure out exactly what cycle I want to use. Kind of a nice problem to have!

I've had this washer for over two years and can say this washer is great. It is nice being able to wash large loads and the steam feature is awesome it helps keep my allergies down and helps clean clothing better.

Make sure you have plenty of space before purchasing this washer/dryer combo. They are large, but they hold a ton of clothes. Efficient and quiet!

This washer is very economical, efficient, and saves a busy mommy tons of time with her wash. I love that the door stays propped open when not in use which allows for circulation and no smell. I also love that it plays music when finished instead of an annoying buzzer. It is a little pricey, but is well worth it with all the ways it saves per load of wash. Not to mention it is sooooo quiet that I can't even hear it in the next room.

Got this big washer for my family of 5. I believe somebody brought and then returned this washer for some reason. It was on sale and had a BIG dent on the side with a big discount in price. Was told everything works and if it doesn't I can return it for a full refund. Anyway the LG washer doesn't have enough water. I later went back to Bestbuy and was told all front load washer are designed to be water efficient and washes with the minimum amount of water. I asked was there anyway to add more water, they said NO but gave suggests of using different settings to try to add more water. like bulky loads, heavy solids. I think it just added more time instead of more water. After 2 yrs, notice a few newer LG washer has a a button for "water plus" for addition water. Unfortunately this was not a option for my older model. Suggest getting a front load washer with water plus.

My previous washer was an HE top load. The clothes always had soap residue left on them and never came completely clean. This washer is great, and I've pushed it to the limit with no problem. Even my king size comforters come out clean. My weekly wash loads have been reduced because of the large capacity, and drying time is shorter. Waiting for my dryer to break so I can get the one that matches the washer!!!

So far so good. At first there was a funny warm electrical motor smell. Haven't noticed of late, and no problems yet. I will say this though, our clothes don't have a really good smell when they come out like they used to in our old washer using scented laundry detergent.

We needed a larger capacity washer and LG is the best available in that size. the wifi app allows you to know whenever the wash is done without needing to be nearby to hear the signal.
