I bought this machine for it's capacity and other reviews made it sound like it gets your clothes clean which is does. Great to have plenty of room for a king size comforter and other large loads when you need it. So far I am happy with the machine though I have yet to figure out how to enter some of the settings and there are millions of combinations possible. The touch buttons you have to press to change settings are very hard to read, odd they didn't back light them or make the words larger. I didn't realize just how huge this machine is, it towers over my old dryer by about 8" and it's wider than my old machine but I have room for it in my laundry room. Unfortunately you can only get a left side door hinge on this model machine which makes it awkward to tranfer loads into my dryer which is on the left side of the washer.

After 3 months of use, have not had any issues. I did read the owners manual and have followed their recommendations as to maintenance and care.

This is super cool. Has very nice look and so far worke excellently. It also super silent and efficient. This is my third front loader and the best so far for me.

Easy to use control panel. Twist and press a button no need to read a manual. Gets clothes cleaner than my previous washer. Only complaint is that it is a little loud when water is loading.

Very pleased overall. Machine does load after load and cleans very well. The large tub size handles more clothes and makes laundry time faster.

This is an outstanding washer. We needed to upgrade for capacity and for energy savings. This machine not only looks really nice but has all the bells and whistles you can ask for and you don't even realize it is running. Glad we made the purchase.

This is an excellent washer with massive capacity (fits an entire King Size Bed in Bag set). The Steam Cleaning feature is great and the clothes come out very clean.

I love this washer and dryer set. We live on a farm so the extra large capacity really helps out. We started out having them stacked, but due to their size we found that stacking them was impractical.

This washing machine and dryer set is the best I've owned! The huge capacity makes my laundry time half of what it was. LOVE the speed setting!

Fits lots of clothes and big enough for a comforter. Gets clothes clean. It is not as quiet as others have reported, but is quiet enough. I don't like that there is not a hose and you have to add water to the steam cycle, but you don't have to add for every cycle. Overall, it is a great washing machine.

Best purchase i have made in a long time! We are a family of five and this has more than cut my wash in half!

Its a huge washer i can fit 3 comforters in at once. Its easy to operate and very quiet .

Great front washer that allowed me to wash large loads of clothes. I haven't tried a king-size comforter yet but I'm sure it can handle a basic king size comforter.

Overall I'm really happy with my washer. I like the fact that you can keep the door open, so it doesn't smell musty. The size is awesome for our family. So my loads can be bigger and still come out really clean.

Great machine by LG. Washes big loads with no problem. Machine weights the load before it starts.

At first I was skeptical about the need for this monster machine. My old front loaders were getting tired and making funny sounds. My wonderful husband had been looking into replacing them although I resisted. Finally I agreed! We went to best buy and of course he picked the machine with the most bells and whistles / capacity. The thought was to just wash my 16 year old son. JK This machine really exceeded my expectations. We can wash and dry just about every towel we own. Oversize doors make loading and unloading easier. The steam function on the matching dryer works great! (Would be nice if it was connected to water) Best part is that it sings me a song when it finishes! Love it and you will too! Also, we found it advertised cheaper a couple of weeks later and Best Buy refunded $160. Way to go Best Buy!

Overall the LG washer is fantastic. The large capacity means fewer loads and that saves a lot time. What was typically a load every day has turned into one large load every other or three days. This is very helpful as we don't have to be constantly doing laundry, especially with two young kids. It has been very convenient and the features are great. The only thing I will say is with larger loads (absolutely filling the washer) can cause some vibration noise during the start up spin and slow down spin cycle. Basically when the spin cycle starts it will sound like a banging noise for a bit but then become very quiet during the rest of the spin then on slow down it will hit that same speed again and some noise but not too bad. I'm guessing its the load trying to balance out. Otherwise a great washer all around.

good performance only problem is the dryer is on the left of the washer so it would be better if the door opened from the other side

The washer and dryer are a lot more spacious than the others that I purchased 5 yrs ago. They too were LG same style but smaller

I love, love, love this washing machine! The tunes are so cute that I feel like I'm leveling up every time I wash laundry! The allergen feature is proving to be efficient, I noticed everyone in the house coughs less at night- it makes sleeping a lot easier! Also, so MANY features! I washed my wool sweated in it today... NO SHRINKAGE! I was so happy, I wanted to cry! Plus, the extra large capacity cut the loads of laundry I had to do in half! Oh! and don't even get me started on the whites I've been washing (without bleach) that have been coming out brighter than ever!!! I'M JUST SO HAPPY!
