I love this washer for the color, size performance & it sings a tune when its done. It doesn't get better than that. So far so good on everything.

Works great, very efficient, and ver quiet. Nice tune instead of buzzer when done too.

We bought this washer (and dryer) to replace my pair that was 19 years old. I have to say that I love the size of the drum. We are only a family of 4 but I tend to only do laundry once a week. Since buying this I can do larger loads of laundry, cutting down on the work. There are a lot of settings, and it takes some getting used to, but I just kept referring back to the book. But, with a larger interior comes a larger exterior. We have ours stacked with the matching dryer and I am 5' 8" tall and have to reach above my head for the controls to the dryer. They are also next to a sink/laundry tub and stick out at least 6" further. Make sure you have enough room for these.

I absolutely love this washer. Washes my king size bedding in no time. My son is in little league and is required to wear white baseball pants. This washer gets them clean every time, no sign of sliding into home left on them anywhere. Only con, I now realize I need to buy the matching dryer because my old whirlpool duet dryer cannot keep up with how quickly these larger loads are washed.

This is the absolute best washer that I've ever owned. As well, it has enormous capacity! The finest, enough said!

This machine is very silent but still works very hard. It is a product that visually represents strong quality.

Washing clothes has always been an easy thing for me. This washer has made it fun. 4 large loads in one morning. Washed and dried with the help of matching gas dryer. Pillows, done. Comforters, no problem, Tried the showers matts, their beautiful. Looking for the challenge. Today used the allergy setting for a blanket with cat hair. I can't be stopped. I am making my home a clean place to be. Oooooo are those curtains I see. Plans for tomorrow per chance!

This washer and dryer are the cat's pajamas! I actually don't mind doing laundry anymore. The clothes come out super clean and soft, and the larger size means less wrinkles too. A bit pricey but worth it!

My only problem with the washer is the controls. They are hard to read unless there is a lot of light in my laundry room. The same thing with the dryer.

I love this washer. I don't think it stopped for the first 2 weeks it was here except for a few hours when I was sleeping. Everything in the house has been washed several times. It gets the laundry so clean- so much better than our last washer. I had a sweater I was about to throw out - I had only worn it a few times and it had a stain on it that I couldn't get out with our old washer. This washer got it out the first time with no extra treatment. We like this washer so much we plan to get another one just like it for our horse barn.

With two new baby boys in the family, we wanted a set capable of washing a lot of clothes in one load. So far there has been nothing thrown in this washer that couldn't be handled. It will wash our king-size comforter without issue and seems to clean standard loads just fine. The machine is stylish and the capacity is absolutely humongous! The only negative is the size of the units overall. If we didn't have a large laundry room, the set would never fit. Additionally, it's taking some time to learn load selection. Have noticed a lot of lint on clothing which I account for the fabrics being over-agitated...perhaps a lesser cycle needed to be utilized. On a side note...I didn't think we'd use the steam function but after leaving a load in the dryer overnight, it was a great refresher for any wrinkles on all of the materials.

This washer is replacing a front loader which we just could not keep from molding in the front. The door magnet and new drain system on this one appears to be doing the job, fingers are crossed. This washer does a great job and only minor down is that it is a little noisy at the agitate begin of a cycle.

Bought this as a floor model over the phone after reading very high reviews on this model. The deal I received was great and I thank bestbuy Northridge for superb customer service. It was badly mishandled on delivery causing severe cosmetic flaws but BestBuy delivery camera through with a very generous gift card as a goodwill gesture. Luckily it's cosmetic on sides of unit and isn't seen nor affect machine performance. So far machine works very well and I've washed 8-9 pairs of jeans in one load.

Has a lot of Washing Power -- BIG LOADS !! GREAT WASHER ,now I need the Dryer ...

Lots of space for large loads. Washes quickly and gets everything clean.

Board went out 20 days in the house... used maybe 15 loads. Service tech not at all surprised and suggested that if I didn't have the extended warranty, I had better get one... "They just don't make 'em like they used to!" - no kidding. I'd like some offer of payback for traveling to my mother's to use her machine or to the laundry-mat (yuck). Time and trouble waiting for a part is costing me all the money I had saved at the time of purchase. But, I do love the machine... I just want it to work - like now!
