Love this washer!! The features are new to me and I have been experimenting with the steam feature. I am amazed at the difference in my laundry. The extra large washer handles the comforter with no problem and does a great job on pillows too. I am so happy I bought the LG brand. Top quality and performance.

Great washer has huge capacity features that make it easy to use and looks great. Gets great results with very little water usage.

This has been the best set of appliances that I have in my household. This piece of equipment has made it easy to do the chore of washing in less time than before.

Bought this as a return. It had scratches and dents, but nothing structural. When they offered it at 60% off, how could I say "No." I've had it two months now. It does it's job, however when set to Cold, it turns water on/off quickly making a lot of water pipe noise.

This is second lg washer we have purchased. Last one was 10 years ago. We have been eyeing the larger size to get the best of the great washer and not have to go to laundromat to use supersize washer to wash the king size comforters- Yeah now we don't need to use the laundromat.

The washer is much deeper than I expected. It looks great in laundry room. You need space for this machine, but it is well worth the size. It will handle the King sized comforter AND the sheets in the same load. This was the first front load we have had, and it cleans the clothes extremely well. We had calypso style washer with no agitator and it just didn't clean the clothes! This machine is great. Steam function works great on those nicer clothes that can't take a normal wash.

I absolutely love this washer can't wait to get the dryer my sin has alergys and I use this washer for his clothes and he has been better since then and it washes the clothes really good

I would have given this a 5 but the capacity on this model should be higher considering the capacity of its matching dryer. Also, cleaning the gunk that gets stuck underneath the rubber seals is super difficult to clean and can make the tub smell seriously bad it you don’t regularly run machine cleaner. It is also hard to tell if I am putting too much clothes in or if the washer is doing it’s job, considering some clothes don’t come out very wet at all. So either the spin cycle is extremely good or the clean cycle is not great. Overall, it’s a good washer for the amount of punishment we put it through.

The big size comes in great for a family of six. Has cut thwe number of loads to wash down. Energy efficient.

Excellent washer that is very easy to use. Options for load type and quantity makes economical sense.

The first washer was returned because of a loud,abrupt sound during the filling cycle. It also stopped during the wash cycle and gave an error message. We called Best Buy and the washer was replaced. The second washer is everything it is advertised to be. Large capacity, excellent cleaning results. We have used it for king size comforters and linens and everything comes out clean and almost dry. (depends on the spin cycle you choose)

I haven't used the steam function yet, but it's a great washer. Only complaint is the touch buttons are difficult to read without direct light.

We have had this washer for about 5 months and I love it! Works great and I can do twice the amount of laundry in one load.

Quiet, holds large loads, spins almost dry. LOVE IT!

This washer is ultra quiet and can fit a very large amount of clothes in it which is great for our big family. It also has lots of washing options to choose from.

OMG! YES, was kind of pricey, but it's so big, and fast. The spin cycle works so well, things are practically dry before the dryer.

Love it, does a great job but one does need a rather big space to put these in.

Quiet operation even on high spins. More capacity than any front loader I have ever used.
