This washing machine replaced a 25 year old Maytag. I cannot begin to say how much we love this machine. It is so large my arms don't reach the bottom of the washer unless I'm on my tiptoes! I can wash king size comforters and more without stuffing the machine. It cleans well and it doesn't have a center agitator so I'm amazed how great it works. You will be happy you purchased this washing machine. We have the matching dryer and I just love them.

This washer is probably one of the best washers we have ever had. It will fit a king size comforter with no problem. The settings are logical and easy to use. We like that we can put extra water into the washer if we want. But the best part is that it cleans better than any of our previous high-energy washers. My husband's work jeans came out cleaner than from any of our previous washers - and we didn't even use the steam setting. So far, we love everything about this washer.

Bought this LG washer to replace a broken 15 year old Maytag. Was worried about a new one not living up to my standards. But I really love it. So quiet, huge, washes well, and efficiently wrings out clothes so my dryer can actually dry them! And you can push button if you want extra water but it does a good job on its own of sensing water level needed. Will see if its lifespan matches my prior machine.

My wife and I had originally had our purchase of the new washer and dryer narrowed down between this one and the Samsung. We went with the Samsung and within a day had it recalled. Best Buy made the swap with no problems. With that said, we are glad that it happened that way. We are completely satisfied with the purchase of our LG's. The washer is huge and washes all the clothes with no issues so far. We had read that clothes don't always come out clean but we have no had any issues with this either. The reason we went with a top load opposed to a front load is due to the cleaning and maintaining of the front load. Our old one used to get nasty because the water would sit in the rubber seal and sit causing a smell. This LG does not have this issue since it is a top load. Great purchase. Would recommend for anyone.

Replaced front-loaded washing machine with this top loader and my wife is very happy with the switch. Seems like there’s a ton of capacity and the clothes comes out much drier compared to the old washer. Maybe the spin cycle works better when it’s spinning horizontally? Machine is quiet and touch functionality is easy to use. Im happy with the quality and look.

This washing machine is awesome so far. It does really large loads and cleans the laundry even with the large load size. It's great when you have a large family and seem to always have dirty towels. I'm tall (5'8") so reaching the bottom is not a big deal although I do have to stretch. It has a lot of options to select from and very easy to operate.

I really love this washer. I Can do blankets and comforters with ease. My clothes are clean and soap free. They could have a few more suggestions on what to wash in each type of load but all in all it is pretty easy to use. And..... pretty quiet run as well. I had to call for help one day and the tech could not have been more helpful or nicer.

Just purchased a new LG washer and I am very pleased with its operation and cleaning efficiency. It is quiet, user friendly and a joy to operate. It uses less water than my old washer yet washes my clothes throughly and in half the time of my old washer. So far, I am very pleased with this washer.

We just recently moved into a condo as a second home. We currently have a front loading LG at our primary residence and believe it is one of the best washers we ever owned. The condo was not really suited for a front loading washer so we researched front loading washers. Our research indicated that LG also made a very good top loading washer. We have utilized this new washer for one month and it has performed just like the reviews indicated. It runs quite and really does an excellent job washing our clothes. It is also very attractive looking in the utility closet and we think it washers our clothes just as good as our front loader. My wife actually likes this washer better than the front loader. We would definitely recommend someone to buy this washer. It is somewhat more expensive than some other brands but it is well worth the extra money.

I am in love with this washer. I had a front loader LG washer on pedestals and I am so glad I made the switch back to a top loader. This model is HUGE! I can wash my queen comforter and what used to take me 3 loads in my front loader only takes 1 with this thing. It has all the features I wanted (even more) and so far my clothes have never been cleaner. This washer is very quiet for the most part. It lost a star because the detergent tray is in the back of the tub making it difficult to pour in and the washer lid will lock so if you use the plastic cup that comes with the liquid detergent you have to go rinse it out (I don't like dropping it in and washing it). Also, after a load the tray will hold some water so I usually pull that out and it will drip into the tub (I had enough water smells from my front loader to learn to dry things out).

I considered a lesser price washer but am so happy I decided on this LG! The size is perfect! It is very quiet in my location right off my kitchen! It cleans very well, and I love all the cycle choices, very easy to use! I highly recommend this washer!

After doing a ton of research before purchasing, I settled on this top loader to replace my 16 year-old front loader Maytag Neptune washer. I chose the top loader because my experience and everything I read about front loaders talked about the required constant maintenance (and mold issues). The technology has changed in top loaders and they no longer have agitators that beat up your clothes and maintenance is minimal. This washer has a large capacity and has all the settings one could possibly need. It is simple to use and does a great job handling everything. I love that it has automatic setting for bedding and towels, among other settings, and you can simply touch turn the dial to the desired mode and you don't have to think about what temperature to set the water to or anything else. Well though out design to make the chore of laundering very easy.

I have been using this washer along with the pair of LG dryer for past 6 months. So far it has worked excellent and I don't think there would be any problem in the future as well. I wanted to test it out the product first before i could place a review and I am truly happy with the washer. I am glad we bought this washer. It comes with lot of cycles and you can configure your own cycles as well. It comes with the steam wash as we preferred it for more allergen free wash of the clothes. it does not make lot of noise and is having a huge capacity. Even though I a 5'3 unloading it is not an issue. I love the steam function of the washer, it keeps the clothes very fresh !

We like the ease of operation of this washing machine. It has many cleaning options, and clothes come out very clean. It has a modern design, with mostly push button controls. Very quiet which is great for us since the laundry room is near bedrooms.

Machine handles large loads easily and quickly. The automation allows it to provide great cleaning with minimal effort. Quiet operation that I can have it near my office and it not distract. Does all of the loads I have thrown at it with ease.

This is one of the best purchases we have ever made! Easy to operate, loads of options, easily handles large loads. Does a great job cleaning clothes, bedding and towels. Honestly can't say enough wonderful things about our LG washer! LOVE!

Washes well, easy to use. Only issue is I’m short so it’s hard to reach to the bottom sometimes because the tub is so large, but I love how big it is. Can fit a king size comforter in it easy.

We purchased this during Black Friday to replace a standard washer around 15 years old. The capacity is big enough my wife could sit in it comfortably with the lid closed (not that I would recommend it). There was a bit of a learning curve going from the old model to the newer technology but it was not long before it was mastered. At first, we were concerned the washer was not using enough water to clean the clothes and we used the "add water" function on the first couple of loads. It was not long before we realized the washer knew what it was doing and it cleaned the clothes thoroughly on its own without adding more water. My wife loves how the washer rinses the detergent dispenser to keep it clean. So far great product.

I put a twin comforter in it and it was only half full!!!!! I love the ease of selecting the features that I want for each wash. It is so quiet~!!!!!!!!
