I like the large capacity without taking too much space in the laundry room. This is very important for those of use who have small laundry room and yet need a large capacity washing machine. It is quiet and cleans well.

My family loves this washer. Along with the matching dryer, the capacity is huge. We are able to wash a week's worth of colored clothes for a family of 3 in one wash. Using it is easy and always ends with a cute little chime when the cycle is done.

We purchased this washer to replace ours which was 10 years old. Technology has come so far. The washer has intuitive controls and provides custom cycles for anything you may want to wash. It is super quite and the large capacity is great.

I had an earlier version on this model and wanted another one in my new house. Once installed, I put ut through quite a workout, and it did not disappoint. All of my blankets and king comforters are now clean and put away. Great machine.

Been using for about one year. Best washer we have ever owned. Gentle on clothes and at the same time wonderful at cleaning. Great capacity. One of the first things we washed were some pillows. Came out looking new.

I like this product because the unique washing settings. All my clothes come out very clean. Does great with large bulky items and bedding.

I have had it with front loading machines - they ALL develop mold even when you use Refresh monthly to keep the machine clean. This LG has a HUGE tub and it handles blankets and comforters beautifully.

The washer is truly outstanding. It is very easy to use and it takes the guesswork out of what settings to use. It can handle small loads such as delicate shirt and pants to heavy quilts and blankets.

This is a nice clothes washer. It has a high capacity. We can wash two sets of king size sheets at the same time without a problem. In general, the load sensing is fine. Although sometimes it looks like the water level is not high enough, it may add water at different points of the cycle. This drum and agitation style is different and probably does not need overfill of water. However, you can add additional water if you desire. It is generally quiet, but probably not as quiet as one might expect. Overall, this is a good washer and I would buy it again.

My wife loves this new washer. She can wash our king comforter in it. The washer uses less water and detergent so that saves me money. This washer has many cycles to choose from so I would advise to read the manual.

Easy to use, cleans efficiently and effectively. I love my machine. I have tried all the features and does everything it claims it can do. I have enjoyed testing all the features. Would buy it again.

Highly recommended. Used to replace a terrible Electrolux. This has a lot of space with no agitator, and the drum isn't so deep that you need to climb into it to reach stuff out of it.

My wife loves this washing machine. We had a front loader that continually had issues. Going back to this top loader made life much easier. It's quiet and has many features to suit anyone's needs.

This is one of the best washers on the market today. The total size of the tub is MASSIVE. For a family of just 2 it is totally overkill, however it's still a seriously awesome washer. This sizing would be better for the family of 3 or 4+. The wash modes are really well thought out. It is a bit frustrating that for this process range you do not have built in wi-fi capability. However that really shouldn't deter you from picking this washer. You are able to download additional wash profiles, but I have yet to figure out how to do that exactly. Overall this is a great choice if you are in the market for a new washer.

Read a lot of reviews. Consumer Reports said this was the best top loading washing machine. Glad I purchased this one. Cleans great. It's quiet. Looks great. Lots of options.

Tub is large and saves multiple loads per week in our house. With larger loads we seem to use the Water Plus feature more to assure clothes clean better. Seems pretty quiet and sturdy so far. A "cheerful" tune plays letting you know when your load is done.

Best purchase ever! I was really bummed when my old washing machine kicked the bucket but it ended up being a blessing in disguise. My old front loader always had a mildew smell to it and I didn't realize how much it effected the smell of my clothes until I used my new washer. My clothes actually smell clean plus the new washing machine holds way more so i do less laundry now. My only recommendation would be to buy the matching dryer. Otherwise, you will have to run your dryer twice to completely dry one load of laundry since the washer holds so much more.

Lots of room...easily washes a large comforter plus more ...great settings...quiet...beautiful color I've always gotten white washers in the past...great service delivery...love the steam setting

We purchased this washer and the matching dryer because of the great reviews it received and partially because we wanted to be able to use the LG Smart Laundry App since the units would be in the basement. We have been very satisfied with the performance on every aspect EXCEPT the Tag On feature does not work. We spent hours in the store with the associates trying to get the floor model to work but even they could not figure it out. I have contacted LG customer support about this and was transferred to four different people. None of them could get this to work and none of them could offer any explanation why it is failing to connect. Now this may seem trivial but I would like to remind you the smart diagnosis feature they use as a selling point depends solely on the phones ability to connect to the washer/dryer. Since we cannot get this to work this feature is completely useless along with the option of using a downloaded cycle. If I'd have known this did not work, I would have saved myself some money and went with a cheaper brand/model. If you are looking for a washer and dryer that does just that, this is a great purchase but if you are looking for the smart technology they are claiming to offer, look elsewhere!

Got the w/d set to go back to a top loader. LG was top rated by several organizations. We have not been disappointed. Both are easy to use, quiet, and highly functional
