    Bought LG washer and dryer from Best Buy and wish now that I had purchased my appliances from a store that sells only appliances and if you have any problems with service, billing, or anything else they are available locally to resolve any issues you may have. I have an issue with billing and when you try to call the store you purchased your item from, you wind to having someone from the other side of the world who can barely speak English take your call and is no help. They transfer you to other people or drop your call. If you want a new appliance, shop locally that deals with only appliances. So far, I’ve been billed twice for an LG washer and dryer, and also billed for two pedestals I never even ordered from Best Buy, but purchased from LG online. A dispute case has been opened that may not get concluded for 3 months!!!

    The only issue I have with this is it states it can wash a comforter, sheets, and bedding in one load. That result is false. It will spin off balance and continue running without alerting you until you take everything out except the comforter. Then you have to put the other items in after the comforter is done and put it on spin only to get the rest of the water out. Everything else runs as expected. The WiFi app features are great to have to alert you when the load is done and when to perform different maintenance to the machine.

    Ladies: this dryer is not for you. If your clothes are anything like mine, 96% of them say “tumble dry on low.” For all the bells and whistles, this unit cannot do what my much older dryer did reliably: Dry clothing in a low setting and stop drying it when the clothing was dry. The dry sensor does not work with the “delicates” setting, which is the only setting that automatically uses low heat. The other option is to use “timed dry” and guess at how long it will take your load to dry. There is an option to program a unique setting, but that requires connecting the dryer to my WiFi and using the app— and despite several attempts, this dryer has not been able to connect to my WiFi.

    1- delivery people refused to put on existing pedestal. 2- next hooked hoses up wrong. 3- cannot run normal wash, it goes to turbo wash.4- waiting for next repair person to see what we can do to figure this out. Salesman, Dalton has been great in getting me help, I really appreciate him and his help.
