Very good washer very quiet and cleans great on the first wash, also saves water on every wash

This appliance is far superior then others. It’s large capacity and easy to use functions make washing clothes so much easier. Highly recommend this appliance.

Needed a new washer after our 12 year old Samsung bit the dust. Was looking for a white top loader with bigger capacity and an agitator. This LG checked all the boxes and has been working great over the month since it was delivered and installed.

When I tell you this washer is everything…it’s quiet, especially on spin cycle! My clothes come out so fresh and so clean and there are so many cycles to use. Lastly, you can do everything from your smartphone!!!

I'm really enjoying the 4-way agitator on this machine. I have not had a single load balance issue, especially when doing sheets. My previous washer (different brand) would be out of balance every time I did sheets, as soon as it would start to spin. It is also much quieter.

I’m still getting used to the machine, but I like it so far. It’s much quieter than my old one, of course. The controls are pretty intuitive and easy to use. I like the countdown readout showing how much time is left. I’m having trouble getting the detergent adjusted-I’m using the HE detergent that is required, but to avoid detergent residue, I’m using much less than the suggested amount and dilute it with water before adding, so the liquid I put in the dispenser is half water half detergent. This seems to be common to the new high-efficiency washers. I just add a rinse and spin cycle.

This doesn't have the programmable preset button like the previous model, but it's still a really great machine. It has plenty of capacity for bedding and seems to work great.

love how it is very spacious. i feel like the agitator could be better. just feels like my clothes are not getting thoroughly clean. but overalli would it give it a 3.5 out of 5. oh the turbo wash fills up 1/4 full which dont reallying wash a lot for a quick wash. is either 1/4 full or full. no half full or 3/4$ full

I love my Washer/Dryer Combo. This set looks great, runs smooth and very quiet, and this washer performs well on each and every cycle. And it doesn't lack on cycle options. GREAT JOB LG!!!

I love both the washer and dryer. My daughter also both the same ones. Easy to use. You can’t beat the price.

I didn’t realize how much water I was wasting with my previous machine until we purchased this one so it took me a while to wonder if there was enough water to wash the clothes as it wasn’t filling up. The tall agitator helps the motion of moving the clothes around to get the clean result without wasting so much water. Though as the cycle goes on it adds water as it needs so that’s the only thing I dislike. It should fill as the load requires and wash. Not fill, wash, then fill again. LG is a great company, glad we chose this brand

Easy to use, lots of space for clothes, numerous way cycle option, along with the knowledge that LG makes the most reliable washing machines.

I got this machine with agitator in the middle of August and it is ok. I do not like the normal wash cycle feature. For a full load of clothes, it seems like the machine uses a gallon or two of water- if that much. Therefore, the clothes is just damp and is tossed around in the tub. I do not trust that my clothes is getting cleaned on that cycle. Therefore, I always use deep fill with deep wash option to wash my clothes no matter the size of load of my clothes. It is weird to watch the machine work due to the clear door- my previous model had a solid door. Sometimes, when it is sensing it rotate counter clockwise, then clockwise a few times, then it spins to even out the clothes. after that the machine begins to fill and spins for all the clothes to get wet. I got a heart attack a few times, since I thought the machine broke, but that is how the machine operates. I am not sure this happens to all machines but I am not sure with the extra rotation it would be good for the belt. Time will tell. It is not too noisy, very low hum while washing. It’s ok overall. Hope it lasts for at least 10 years .

This washer is a great upgrade. The drum is enormous and fits tons of clothes. The agitator gets them very clean and it is extremely quiet.

This is very efficient unit. I like the variety of options for the different type of fabrics. Very useful large tub. I have a king size bed. Cleans well

I got this for my mom for size is awesome. Now she can wash bigger blanket. But is a little confusing to used. But everything else it does a good job.

Love this LG washer. It has a huge tub, and an agitator. It is easy to use, and will do large loads. It was rated high right below the Speedqueen. I have been very happy with it.

I am loving this washer with the agitator. I truly feel that my items are getting thoroughly clean as compared to the impeller washers.

Love the large size and multiple features. I enjoy being able to wash blankets and larger loads. The app helps keep track of cycles and cleaning.
