Best Buy installers ran washing machine after installation with registration, owners manual with serial number. No way to register for warranty now.

Quiet running. Large capacity. Easy to use controls. Nice looking design. Gets clothes clean. We like everything about this machine!!

We have a history with LG appliances. We replaced a 13 year-old washer, which was also an LG. That washer had very minimal issues over the years, but started to rust near the bleach intake. This model has a plastic surround where the bleach is added, so there will no longer be a concern of rust forming there. It has detergent and softener reservoirs that are to be filled and will automatically dispense the correct amount. I am very skeptical of this performing well in the long run, but it has had no issues so far. The motor is similar to the last model and operates quietly. There are a large number of cycles and further options that are far beyond what we usually use. The machine looks very nice, with matte paint and a shiny glass top, if good looking appliances are your thing. Fingerprints do become an eyesore on the control panel, but only if you spend too much time doing laundry! I am most impressed with how much more stable the feet keep the machine during the spin cycle. The feet are more robust than the prior model and I have yet to experience issues with movement. We opted to go without the agitator again, which was largely influenced by our prior agitator-free LG washer having no issues with cleaning whatever was placed inside it. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

Love the fact that I can wash king size comforters and still have room left over - the capacity is huge. It seems to clean well and it is very quiet. The reason for the four stars is because the written instructions that come with the machine are not clear. I’m still not sure how to use all of the options and am having to figure out everything myself. Would still recommend

After using the washer/dryer set for about 2 months, we really like all the features offered. We like the ease of use and making the selections on the fabrics we're washing and drying. We love the sleek look, the roominess in the machines and the smaller footprints. We do think that it's hard to find the on/off button because of the dark panel but it's not a big deal. Really love the steam function that took out about 80% of the wrinkles in a dress I wanted to wear (recommend letting it run the full 10 minutes of steam, because I took it out after 5 minutes and it was damp). I didn't think I would ever purchase LG, but so far it's been a really nice doing laundry. One thing is my elderly mother is petite and has a little difficulty reaching down to the bottom of the machine to get some of her laundry, but we have one of those senior aids that helps her reach down.

I've been very impressed with this LG washer. The large 5.5 cu. ft. capacity easily handles my family's laundry, including bulky blankets and comforters. The EasyUnload design makes reaching clothes at the bottom much more comfortable, and the washer is surprisingly quiet. The smart features are convenient, the controls are easy to use, and every load comes out clean and fresh. Overall, it's a reliable, efficient washer that has made laundry much easier. Great purchase and definitely worth it!

We’ve only had the washer a short time but our clothes are getting clean. The washer is very easy to use and fairly quiet. We had an LG front loader before & it lasted 15 years. I was ready for a top loader though due to the fact I can put a king size comforter in it.

The capacity is generous enough to handle bulky items like comforters without any problem, and it’s surprisingly quiet during operation. I was worried about vibration since my laundry room is near the living area, but this machine stays stable even during the spin cycle. This washer is amazing. It’s so big and convenient that we can wash our king sized comforters and large loads of clothing. It’s very quiet and sleek looking. My wife loves that she doesn’t need to pour in laundry detergent and softener every time because it has the auto dispenser.

The LG washer works great. It’s very easy to use. Large capacity fits the king size comforter. I’m not a big fan of the black lit, it can be hard to see the controls but my laundry room is not well lit. The machine is pretty quiet and cleans the clothes really well, even delicate clothing.

Are any of these reviews written AFTER using the machine? This lid has no rubber gasket, so the water seeps out from the lid. While watching my first load being washed, I was shocked at the amount of water on the inside of the lid. THEN I noticed that water was gathering on the OUTSIDE of the lid. When I stopped the washer, the amount of water dripping down from every edge of the lid was insane. This is a major design defect. Or maybe mine is defective? But I looked at the product photos again, and notice there is not a gasket in any of the product photos. So this must be the design! Some other issues - it cannot handle heavy blankets. I tried another load, and it's been going for 5 HOURS. It keeps spitting more water in to try to balance. I've stopped it twice to rearrange, but it's not helping. To add to that, there is no spin-only setting (maybe on the phone app??) I finally had to remove the blanket and will take it to the laundromat after venting my frustration in this review! Another annoyance - the black panel makes buttons difficult to see. When we first got it installed and were excited to do our first load, we couldn't find the power button! I'm only in my 40s... my eye's aren't THAT bad yet, but we had to get our phone light out to find it. I will give you one pro - the washer is very quiet. We are really bummed to have to replace this because we were impressed at how quiet it is.

Love this new washer that we recently upgraded to. Love the AI feature. This washer has a built in detergent and softener container. All you have to do is put clothes in and it measures for you the amount of each, the water and length of cycle! Large capacity and very quiet. Have a beautiful chime at the end of the cycle. Very easy to use as well.

Our old front load washer's seal broke and I decided to go back to top load. This is so much quieter and more efficient. It senses the laundry load and gets the load down in 20-25 minutes less time and I feel like it is still clean without wasting the water or energy. It fits in the same amount of space but has a nice large drum of 5.5 cu. ft. I could probably do 2 loads at once! I only gave it 4 stars since I am still getting used to the new computerization on it and I couldn't see it lit up in the store. When I do a cold wash (which is all of them) my loads come out feeling warm. I'm not sure it it's from spinning or the water. There is more information in the online manual than the one they give you.

This washer has ben working great so far for us. We’re a family of 8so we needed a bigger washer.

Great choice, good design, easy to install, it is less noisy and works much faster.
