Great unit, replacing an LG Washer with another LG Washer. The first washer lasted us for 10 years, would recommend LG to family and friends.

Delivery and hook up was lousy didn’t take off all the tape packing tape. Washer wasn’t hooked up properly to train holes. Great washer, but the delivery and hook up. People need to step up their game.

I just love my new washers and all its features. This makes life so much easier with all the setting, self cleaning plus it connects to WiFi so I can start my and dryer and monitor the cycles I fully recommend these products

Best washer I've ever owned. It is very large capacity, washes two king size blankets with no issues. And I can reach the bottom!! Love that I can change the ringtone for end signal to know which is which. Really like the matte black finish, although the washer top is shiny glass, but not too bad on the fingerprints.

I absolutely love this washer! It washes the clothes thoroughly, no leftover residue, I love the large capacity and the online app! Would highly recommend!

This model has enough cycles (and I use them all) to accomodate whatever I can throw at it. I am a big LG fan and this latest model even cleans better than my last, which was really good.

Absolutely love this washer! Wash time for normal is half the time of what we used to have. Washer is quiet, has option to turn on water faucet so you can treat stains. I absolutely love the automatic dispensers it saves on detergent and softener as well as clothes come out so much softer and cleaner. This was a big leap for us as we have not used lg before, but honestly having them just over a month I would buy this set again tomorrow. It has been a huge upgrade for our family with two new kids, cutting down on time and the improved cleanliness and softness of our clothes after. Absolutely would recommend.

I have owned this washing machine for 3 months and it has been my best purchase of the year. I have 3 and a half dogs, 2 kids, and 1 wife so clothes are being washed daily! This washing machine has an AI setting with detergent/fabric storage that allows for quick and efficient washing. The app is a great help for touchless washes during busy times.

Works great and much quicker than the 16 year old LG we had. Only used for a couple of weeks, but so far very happy with it.

Big bin… smart dispenser. This makes life so.much easier! I have the dryer too and so pretty together I just keep walking in the laundry room to stare ant my new, efficient, pretty machines!

This is our second LG washer and dryer that we have purchased. Delivery set up was good and the machine has been operating for approximately two months now.

Purchased with LG gas dryer. Really easy to use. I just a normal wash. There are other buttons for more specialized washing which I might use as I get more familiar with the machine.

We purchased this washer in April 2025. It worked fine until it prompted for its second update. Now it won’t turn on. We have had it for about 5 months and now it won’t turn on and we are without a washer. We called BestBuy and they were no help and just forwarded us to LG. LG sent a technician out and after a few days, they showed up. He ordered parts to be sent to our house. They arrived and the tech was supposed to come back the day after the parts arrived and they had the tracking numbers to confirm that date. We scheduled for the tech to return on the afternoon the parts were to be delivered. I called them to confirm that morning and let them know that the parts had been delivered. A hour or so later, we get a text message saying that the tech cancelled the appointment and they are sorry for the inconvenience. We called LG, who at that point couldn’t reschedule a new appointment for 48 hours- so we waited two days to schedule a different tech to come help. When the new tech arrived, he noticed the first tech had ordered the wrong parts. (We are two weeks without a washer at this point in the story). That tech leaves and calls later in the day to let us know that the part he ordered is at least 4 weeks out. He said they will call us to schedule when they physically have the part in hand- to verify that it’s the correct one this time. So we are potentially looking at another 5+ weeks before we have a working washing machine. We called LG to see if we could do an exchange, or anything like that- and it’s not an option. They said they would only consider doing that if after 4 weeks, we still could not get the part. TLDR; Look for a different brand. LG does not back up their products and used to have much better customer service than the nightmare we have just gone through. I will never order another product from LG, and that is unfortunate. LG was the brand we have used for years, but they have completely dropped the ball here and have shown they do not care about their customer retention. I didn’t buy a brand new washer, to end up having to go to the laundromat for two months+. Thanks LG!

This washer is the best we have owned in 30 years. Cleans great and leaves clothes soft and well rinsed. The ability to add water is a great improvement over our old washer.

This washing machine is so adanced! It cleans my clothes well and it has a faucet feature on it which is very handy!

I am impressed by the washing options and how clean the clothes come out. My son's sports uniforms have come out very clean
