Great washer. Very quiet. Large capacity. Top loader which i love. Does great job getting the clothes clean. Reasonably priced.

I purchased this set a month ago and I am extremely happy. They work well and are esthetically pleasing to the eye.

Was looking for washer dryer set. With many options in the market, I decided on Best Buy. The store rep very helpful, between various manufacturers, we selected LG. We can say AMAZING. So far machines working flawlessly. Quote, efficient, and the value best. Hence, Best Buy.

I will say I was a little nervous about getting a new washing machine but this one has been great. Washing good, not too loud. I had a front loader before so I enjoy the top loader! No bending down! But I did have an error when I tried to wash pillows with quick wash. It didn’t spin correctly at the end and they were still soaked so I rewashed them with the normal wash and it had no problems It does get lots of fingerprints on the area where you are selecting the wash cycle and also the lid but looks awesome when it’s all wiped down.

If you’re looking for a washer this would be a great choice. Affordability, Ease of use, Elegance and Functionality are wonderful. I have now had it for 5 months and I definitely put it to use. I have no complaint.

We love our new washer! It’s quiet and cleans the clothes well. It’s also large enough for lots of bedding.

Love this washer, I am so glad that the one that I had originally picked out wasn't available, this one had went off sale and it was on sale on the lowes website I had to cancel the original one because it wouldn't come in on time, and they priced matched for me, my daughter and I now love to do laundry before we hated to because our front loader was giving us trouble. This one has AI and it takes the guess work out of doing laundry and takes less water. love the big drum which holds extra-large loads. It also has a app that you can use to do your wash and download extra washes like overnight and others.

I am very pleased with this washer. Glad I exhanged the other washer I bought it was too high and hard to reach small items. Very quiet and it sure does wring out the water so there will be less time in the dryer. Very efficient. Wish it would have had the cup rinse feature but it’s find. Performance outstanding!!

Wonderful! Cycles are usually about 30 minutes and it connects to an app that lets you know when it is done, which is so helpful when I am multitasking and on the other side of the house so I can throw it in the dryer. It is not perfectly quiet but with it being in our little pantry off the garage near the entire living space it is not unbearable by any means, a light hum at times. Our clothes get much cleaner and it can handle my entire bedding instead of having to do multiple loads. It does though collect fingerprints like crazy since it is touch screen for the power button and the lid is glass, but not at all a deal breaker, it does not take much to clean.

This washer has a large capacity and user friendly, I use the Quick Wash and it ia more than adequate for a perfect wash.

Excellent washer with a solid build! I bought this washer (and the matching dryer) to replace my 20 year old Maytag legacy series. I'm extremely pleased with the washer (and dryer). Not having a agitator taking up space is great! I'm able to wash bedding with no issues whatsoever. You really do get the full 5.5 sqft of room in this washer. It handles large loads without issue and clothes come out clean! I also really like all the wash options available on the washer. Additionally, you can get more wash options through the app. If you're not a app person, no worries as this washer comes ready to use with or without the app. The chime options are really nice too! I like how LG's appliances sing to you when your laundry is done. 10/10 highly recommend!

This is such a quiet washing machine. Our clothes come out so clean and I love that I can track previous cycles on the app. So glad we splurged to get this machine as I now enjoy laundry instead of dreading it.

I didn’t want a washer that all the bells and whistles that I would probably never use and this one fit the bill. It’s large so I can wash comforters with no problem. This is the first time I had an impeller and I’m surprised how well it cleans my clothes This is the 2nd time I use it and I’m happy with it so far. The downside is it does leave fingerprints on the glass parts.

It's my christmas wish and we bought it right away. I have been using it and it is amazingly faboulous how smart and convenient it is doing laundry using LG. Best buy has the best perks ever.never going back to others.

Could not pass up a good deal when I see one. Something sleek looking, competitive pricing, I was not looking for any particular features other than good and affordable and this pair of LG fulfilled it.

Good design, easy to install and use, and excellent water and energy savings. Buying the set (washer and dryer) is the ideal option.

This machine is much quieter than our last washer. Tub fills quick and washes clothes great. It also holds more clothes than our last.

This washer fits our needs. It is high capacity with many nice features including WiFi connectivity that allows you to control and monitor washing progress remotely using the ThinQ app that also controls and monitors the matching dryer and our LG Refrigerator. The Matt Black finish on both Washer and Dryer are very nice looking in our laundry room
