It was very easy to set up and run. We ran our first load within hours of receiving the appliance. We have had it about a month and love how it performs.

So far within 1 month of use, the washer is easy to use. It has a very large capacity which can fit a queen comforter. Hopefully it will last long!

I wanted big and I got big! I read more than 25 reviews and not one mentioned how this machine might be challenging for height challenged people! I'm 5'4 and I can't reach the bottom of the washer to retrieve clothes without pressing my "chest" against the machine to balance on my tip toes while stretching to max capacity. I've considered using hand rakes, tongs, small garden shovels and other long utensils to grab the clothes but who wants to live like that?! I endured 4 months and finally came to write the review you all deserve. Next step is to find a place to sell these beauties. Calling all basketball players... On a positive note - the sing song musical tune it plays when the wash is complete is pure magic!

Order washer online and did not anticipate how big a 5.5 Cu ft., washer would be. I realized that sometimes there is a benefit to seeing a product in person. Definitely too big for two people but could be beneficial to a family of 4 or more. And too big for a shorter person. My partner around 5' has to hang on the washer to reach the clothes. Will be adding an apple box to the washer room to help. Had to finance the purchase but plan to downsizing the washer within a couple of years.

Great washer with lots of bells and whistles.. love the app where you ca download other was cycles,I also love the remote start that this washer has.. i hope it last as long as my front load washer did that i had for 13 years. The size of the tub is huge if your short like me you may need a step latter, or some kind of grabber.

I have purchased LG 5.5 Cu WT900HWA along wiith matching dryer. This washer is extremely powerful with lots of features. Steam option is very nice and can fit Cal King blanket, and lots of space.
