Great solid washer. Large enough to wash whatever you need it to. But the detergent cup is way too small. Had to switch to pods to bypass it. Also some of the cycles are longer than expected. Sanitize takes 4.5 hours. And the app for the washer only works with android phones

This machine is fantastic! My clothes and blankets come out smelling so fresh and clean now. It is deep but I am 5’9 and reach the bottom without difficulty. It’s not difficult to use despite some previous reviews I had read. I love this machine and highly recommend it.

Just got this installed, it's wider than the standard washer width but works great. Replaced a Samsung washer that was recalled and this is quieter and doesn't appear that it will rust like the Samsung did.

We first ordered this washer and had it delivered in the beginning of September 2016. It was not installed by the delivery men, but my boyfriend and I set it up. The washer stopped working within the first wash. We got a lemon. The washer was freaking out and it would stop itself and buttons we didn't push would chime. There was obviously something wrong with the mother board. We called customer service, and of course they say something had to have gone wrong in delivery, and they had to send someone out. Even though we argued that it definitely needed to be replaced. Any ways, we had to wait two weeks to get a geek squad agent out. Needless to say, we were without a washer for two weeks and had to go over to our parents houses to wash clothes. When the geek squad agent got to our house, he agreed with our diagnosis and put in an order for an exchange. He looked at the machine for less than 5 mins before he knew the machine was a lemon. It took another week for us to get our new machine, the delivery guys installed this washer and made sure it didn't behave the way the other washer did. Really great services by these delivery guys. After three weeks of not having a washer our experience was less than perfect. However, the new machine works great and the tub is huge. I am 5'7 and I have to go on my tip toes to reach the bottom. May be a problem for shorter people. I would give this machine a 5 star, but I am resistant because our first machine was a lemon. Make sure to get the warranty with your product. I will update if anything happens with this newer machine. I am not sure if I would recommend this machine yet, only because of the hassle we originally went through.

Large capacity will handle even king-size bedding with ease. Numerous options for any special load needs. Not crazy about the detergent tray location at back, but I have gotten used to it.

This is a humongous washer! It’s fantastic for a big family. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I wish the wash cycle had more friction.

This machine provides for quiet running even through the spin cycle which is what first made us consider this washer. We have found the capacity is great and the performance is far better than any washer we have ever owned.

Read the plus and minus of a front loading washing machine and decided to go with a top loader. Couldn't be more satisfied. Works as it should with a cute chime each time it is done washing. Brilliant!

I've only had this a couple of months but love that it holds a King comforter easily. Lots of setting options. Only uses amount of water needed.

This is a quality product. It is quiet, very efficient, quick, and has PLENTY of room to handle the largest loads.

Love, love, love this washer. Large enough to do our bedding and, I think, gets clothes cleaner than front loader did. Bought with the dryer. Best purchase choice in years.

So far we like this machine. It's really big and can fit a lot of clothes. It also handles big dog beds easily and does an excellent job on removing hair. Can't wait to buy the dryer

I bought this washer to wash uniforms from football games. It works very well we've had zero problems with this product. It is a very large washer they can handle about 30 jerseys.

Wanted to get rid of our front load washer. Was tired of having to constantly deal with mold on the doors rubber gasket. I wanted a washer that would take a king size comforter. This washer has an EXTRA large tub and easily takes a long size comforter with room for more. It has so many great settings, that make laundry time efficient. I highly recommend this washer to anyone who needs to wash large items or has a large family.

Best washer I've ever purchased. Has a super large tub. I can wash blankets with no problem. I highly recommend this washer for large families that have large loads.
