    I was expecting a much better picture with this television. Very disappointing.I believe I overpaid for what I got. The sales rep at Best Buy was very helpful. I usually buy from Best Buy.

    We bought this TV as a replacement for a 12 year old Sony. The improved picture was immediately apparent. It is also a smart TV which made it easier to use. Picture is terrific just as Best Buy sales guy said it would be. We had Total Tech so BB delivered and setup the TV for free. Great service and nice installation job.

    Excellent for the money---Bought a Sony 90L and love it---Needed a TV for the office and bought a 77L---NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE SAME---Best Buy was great about the return and bought this LG QNED for $50 more---The very best $50's I have very spent---Night a day difference in the picture,

    Picture quality is very good. New style remote with the roller ball works well once we got used to it. The skin tone images tend to wash out a little when the screen is viewed from an angle.

    We are upgrading from an old insignia TV and not all of the same features were compatible. LGs interface was also slow and didn't really play well or at all with Google products/apps. Picture quality was good to great depending on which setting you chose and it sound good but if you turned the volume way up it depending sounded like it had a ting in the background.

    My only complaint is having to use both my Dish and LG remotes. When Tv turned on you have to use LG remote to select Dish. It won’t automatically come on with Dish. You have to select it each time you turn tv on.

    I got it for my college aged son & his roommates. They were able to set it up easily. They were excited & I have heard no complaints. We wanted to get them a nice TV, but not break the bank, & I think we succeeded.

    I typically usually go with Samsung but this 50 inch TV is great for our bedroom. The picture quality is awesome and the sound is surprisingly clear with the new AI feature.
