GREAT picture, particularly since it's in a well-lit room. Doesn't need any additional sound devices - audio is nice and clear, even though we both wear hearing aids. First LG product. Light-weight and easy to handle/set up. Way more features than I'll ever use. Only downside discovered so far is that it requires more steps to go between cable input and Fire Stick than previous TV (Samsung).

This is one of my first LG TVs coming from a RCA this is a big jump up for the price. The TV is very responsive (especially in gaming), very bright, and is very good quality. The only issue I have what is the remote and how some of buttons are placed besides that it is a very good TV for around $430

I spent a crazy amount of time researching features, size, etc before buying this tv. I chose this one for: good sound without adding a soundbar, low glare, vivid picture, viewing angles, price point, and great deep dive reviews for this model. I bought an open box 50” and it arrived when they said it would, perfectly packaged. I’m so happy with it so far! Sharp picture quality without that weird soap opera effect, clear sound (even bass? Wild!) and it holds its own in my bright room. Setup took about 15 minutes.

Has good picture and sound, especially for the price, and more features than I’ll ever use.

Great picture and features that satisfy what I was looking for

The setup out of the box was simple and easy to begin opening up apps already part of the television. The picture is above average and the colors pop with all programming incuding basic cable channels. The streaming apps look higher quality than standard HD. The control is not the easiest to use due to buttons being too close to one another which results in the user selecting the wrong function.

I just got this tv and so far i am very pleased with it, picture is great, sound is great, remote may take some getting adjusted to but seems fine.

I would give it zero stars if I could. First screen came cracked and the other two they had a black dot. It looked internal. We hoped exchanging the third time would have been it but nope.

TV was damaged when we took it out of the box. Best Buy would not arrange for it to be picked up.
