I replaced a 50 inch with this tv. Just set it up, and it seemed smaller. Measured it and it is only 44 inches. The box even says 50 inches. Very misleading and disappointing.

This TV is a very good buy. Color, sound are Great. Price was right. Very easy to set up and program. However, the only problem I see with this TV is side angle viewing. It is extremely white, bright and washed out. If you normally view directly from the front or just a little from a side angle, no problem. But if you view screen too far from either side, you will be highly disappointed. Other than this situation, no problems.

Got this TV for spare bedroom, Good Price for the size screen. Very easy setup, no problem getting Wi Fi. Remote pretty easy to use setting up settings, Still tweaking picture settings, trying to get a better picture, Can't believe how light this TV is, really does not weight much at all. Only thing this TV is missing picture quality, Cable not as sharp as Netflix and Amazion and I thought DVD player could look better. Will still have to tweak for better picture on DVD.

We have several LG TVs in our home and all have been great. This TV has served us well so far. My son wanted a TV for his room (it’s too big) but, he’ll mount it to his wall so it’s further away. His room doesn’t have cable right now so being a smart TV makes it that much better. He hooked up his game to it and using the gaming TV streaming feature. It’s shows really nice and the set up was very easy. I’d highly recommend it.

This TV has a great picture and is great in my office. I use it as a computer monitor in my office and was a much more affordable option rather than buying a computer brand monitor. It was extremely easy to set up and is not heavy at all so I can move it around the office with ease! This was also very inexpensive for what you get in return!

Long time LG TV (everything) owner and this TV is so great! It's incredible how much value you can get out of a TV these days. Great smart features too, amazing picture and more than reasonable price. Super easy to mount to the wall as it's pretty lightweight. Great TV (once again) LG!

Super easy set up, no problem connecting to wifi, and a pleasure to watch! I love my new tv and I definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a great picture with all the necessary apps without any fuss or complicated set-up. The sound from the tv speakers is great too, no soundbar needed!

Really like this television. It was easy to set up. Lightweight and slim. I only wish it had a centre stand instead of the legs 45" apart. Made it harder to find a table to fit for a stand. Highly recommend, now that we are situated with a table.

Fantastic TV; But Died After 1 Year

I rate this television as "Average", because I have mixed feelings. On one hand: I want to give this television 5 stars for it's quality. After spending some time calibrating the picture settings, the image quality is phenomenal. Games and other HD/UHD content looks beautiful. Very crisp image. And the contrast is fantastic: the whites and blacks. And the colors are extremely vibrant and seriously 'pop'. The HDR looks amazing. Playing a game that is HDR compatible, for example: the difference between HDR on and HDR off is pretty significant (depending on the game, of course). Turn HDR on and you'll be surprised at how much more shades and variety of colors you see. A flame, for example, without HDR, you'll see some yellow and orange. But with HDR on, you see so many more shades of yellow and orange in the flame. So much more colors and shades of colors with HDR enabled. And that goes for basically everything you see in a game when using HDR. The vast increase in color gamut makes a huge difference. It's like going from 720p resolution to 4k, but in terms of colors. HDR really is that big of a difference and improvement, in many cases. I can't say much about the software and "smart" features of the TV, as I have a desktop gaming PC hooked to it and never had any use for the smart features of the TV. Just playing around a bit though, the interface and layout seemed just fine. As did the television menus (when adjusting television settings). Now, for the bad. I have only one bad thing to say about this TV. And to be fair, I might have just been very unlucky here and you won't have to worry about this. The television died after only 1 year. And I find it a bit suspicious that the television died exactly one year after I bought it (precisely when the 1-year warranty expired). Maybe it's a coincidence. The timing just seemed very strange to me. Nothing has ever happened to the TV. No damage. Nothing ever bumped it or knocked into it. It was still in 'new' condition basically, aside from being a year old. The screen suddenly went black, yet the audio still worked. This told me that the problem was not the devices hooked to the TV (computer, etc). And the problem wasn't the HDMI cord or any connections. I assumed the backlight died. But when holding down the power button for several seconds, the LG logo flashes on the screen for a moment, but the screen goes black again. I get an image for a fraction of a second, then nothing. This tells me that the backlight is actually fine. I'm guessing that the backlight is having issues with power. And after doing a little bit of research on the internet, I found that this is the most likely cause. Something to do with the power board or a blown capacitor. This can be repaired. You can even repair it yourself cheaply and without too much trouble. But I decided to just buy a new 4K 50" tv to replace it. I've been buying LG televisions for years. I've never experienced this sort of issue with LG before. So the new TV I just bought is another LG. I figure I'll give them another chance. If I have this problem again, then I'll be done with LG.

For the price it is one of the best TV’s on the market. Instantly I was very impressed with the quality of the picture and the sound definition blew me away. Honestly, you don’t even need a sound bar. You will love it. The issue that most will have can easily be resolved and that is the picture can be so crisp any tv show or movie you choose to watch will look like a “soap opera” you can change this mode in the settings, all you have to do is turn off “True Motion.” I highly recommend this TV.

I bought this tv to replace an old projection flat screen tv that I had for over 10 years. Compared to that it is a 1000 times better in picture quality and space Saving lol. I like everything about the tv, picture is crisp but make sure to buy 4K hdmi cables if you want the best picture. I love the apps it comes with and one button to watch Netflix or Amazon as well as you can download others. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the 60hz. Refresh rate. I wish it was 120hz. or more because when there is motion sometimes if you have a keen eye, you will notice the screen being choppy or animated when there is certain motion on the screen. But it is kinda suttle. Hey! The saying goes, you get what you pay for and for the price like i said, You can’t beat it! It’s still a very good Tv!

Clear pic. Plus they have free LG channels. It’s great. I love that I have a smart tv without having to buy an Amazon stick just to download apps. The price is great and I don’t regret buying it.
