It’s ok. The only reason I got it was because it works well in rooms with wide viewing angles. But the webOS TV is not fun at all and pretty inferior compared to other operating systems.

After checking several sites and stores Best Buy had the best price on the LG tv. The clerk was super friendly and helpful which made the shopping experience this time of year feel good, made our Christmas Merry!

Beautiful LG 50" Smart TV purchased by my daughter for my recent Birthday. The TV was delivered to me by Alfredo and his partner. They mounted it on the wall; they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Picture is okay, not as great as expected and is difficult to adjust. Sound quality is very good. I don't like the apps popping up on screen when powder up.

I had reviewed this TV prior to purchasing it. The TV works as advertised. It was easy to install/set up and so far has worked as expected. I am pleased with this purchase.

I would have rated this this TV higher but I am having sound sync issues since I purchased this TV. The voice and video are not in sync. It seems no matter what is done to try and fix the issue, nothing is helping. Support was not sure if it is the TV or the cable box or something else. When I go online at LG, it is referencing a completely different TV even when I enter my model. Now of course, the return date has gone by. The search for a fix goes on. I will second guess my purchase at BestBuy and LG unless I find a fix. At the moment it doesn't look good.

Cost effective 4K TV! I have not yet unboxed and installed it but it has received good reviews and I do not expect I will have any issues with it.

The overall purchase experience was excellent. The salesperson was knowledgable and helpful. The total time was faster than 'usual', because she was so good at her job.

Overall, this purchase was good, in reference to value and quality. Sound quality is okay, often too low and at times the subjects onscreen seem distorted (larger).

tv works great, little more tv than what an older person needs. they put the 55 inch on sale shortly after I purchased this and they let me trade up.

Great TV. We had purchased a 43 inch earlier in the year. We decided to go for the same tv brand but larger because we thought it was a good buy.

First of all, Best Buy is my go to! The staff are knowledgeable and very cordial! They made my TV buying experience a lot less painful. LOL
