    Wifi and connectivity nightmare

    This TV was an absolute nightmare. Picked it up, got it all set up and thought everything was great. Then the wifi started cutting in and out. All other products in the room worked great with wifi. Couldn't watch a video on YouTube without it being disconnected. Tried all the workarounds online to no avail (seems like there are a fair number of folks who experienced similar issues). Returned it at a local Best Buy store, which was a breeze and the only great part of the experience. Got a Samsung TV instead and absolutely no connectivity issues.

    I loathe the remote and had I tried it out before hand I would not have purchases. The home and Alexa buttons are in the WORST places home should be where mute is and mute where home is. AMC plus as well as A24 screening room and others don’t work app or web.

    Best Buy is really BAD about endorsing the functionality of their products. They are petty and greedy I have bought different products with them. The refrigerator is a problem The cameras have to be reinstated by a friend The TV now, after 2 weeks is not held for any responsibility by this store. Next products will be literally worth the extra mile just to ne purchased by a more honest and responsible store.

    I wasn't aware that i wouldn't be able to support Spectrum or BET+ without purchasing another streaming device. I didn't open the TV until after the return period.

    Great TV when we first got it, but it’s 6 months old and now it’s got dark bar covering the top quarter of the screen. Shouldn’t be dealing with repairs on a TV this new!!

    Wish I didn’t get this one. The quality is horrible. I was conflicted between this one and a Samsung. Should’ve got the Samsung. The picture gets really fuzzy for about 2-4 mins then clear for a minute or 2. I thought I was upgrading but my 12 year old Toshiba had better quality. :(

    The LG menu is terrible and use of the remote is equally bad. We could also never get the picture adjusted to where it was bright enough. The sound projected out of the back. Don’t think you can use this effectively without external speakers. Actually ended up purchasing a less expensive Toshiba FireTV.

    Turn on to test the TV before you leave the shop

    Purchased this TV, brought it all the way to the Bahamas, paid Customs duty, took it home, unboxed it, mounted it, turned it on, the screen doesn’t work. What it costs to have Customs do the export and actually export it for replacement is it worth it

    HORRIBLE. Literally just quit turning on after about 3 months of use right out of the box. It started out randomly going to the loud fuzzy screen. Wish I never bought it.
