So far I've had this TV for about two weeks. My biggest complaints would be the picture/color and the remote. First to note, this is only my second smart TV. My point to that is that when I turn the TV on it doesn't go to the apps screen or the "Smart Screen" Instead it opens up to LG channels or before I had played with it it always opened up to snow because I don't have cable hooked up to my TV. So considering this is a smart TV I would've liked to have the home or opening screen be the apps side. Or at least allow me the option to have that as the default when turning the TV on. Not a big deal overall as I know many people still have cable and it doesn't matter but for me it's a factor. Another issue I have as stated before is the color and picture. There are a ton of different settings and I truly don't know what all of them do but I will say the default settings for say the Standard coloring or a Cinema coloring is very dark. The contrast is high, the lines are way too sharp and the movement. Also, considering this TV is in my room I sometimes like to darken it at night so it isn't too bright but doing that is super hard too. It doesn't darken in a way that it just dims but it makes it all a little dark and wonky. I would also point out that for my speakers, I don't use the TV speakers, I use the sound bar I have. I don't have it connected to the TV by a cord, I use the bluetooth connection and i've found I have to keep reconnecting it every time I turn the TV on (which I guess is probably going to happen since I don't have it connected directly into the TV). Lastly, I want to point out the remote. A lot of the buttons for me are useless but I will say that it's very hard to click them. I have to press buttons many times before it actually registers enough to click. I also don't personally like the pointer thing that's on it. When you use the roller it automatically brings it up, or even if you wave the remote around a few times it activates it. Even just clicking the button makes it roll which is hard because it makes it hard to select options.

Bought this tv a few weeks ago. Great picture, thin and light weight. Don’t get as much glare as my old tv.

The TV is great big screen and lots of channels. It is a smart TV that make me feel stupid but getting hang of it I think. Only thing I don't like is that you cannot stop the show you are watching to go to the bathroom or answer the door. Along with that when watching a sports show and you miss a play if you do not record it you can not rewind to see the play again. I have Xfinity cable and the remote they have with the system does not work at all with this TV.

Good colors, clear picture, brightness had to be reduced a bit, and the sound was adjusted for better voice clarity.

Product is excellent, with crisp and vibrant colors. Item features like the included "magic" remote, bluetooth connectivity and integrated TV tuner are really nice to have, once you figure them out. I also have another LG TV elsewhere, which helped tremendously during setup and doing OS updates. The one downside was that product was listed as available/in stock on the Best Buy website but I had to travel to 2 different stores to find it.

There is really nothing about this TV that I don't like. LG is a good name brand. I got the 50 inch, which works for my room size. The quality of the picture and sound are great. The price from Best Buy was comparable, and delivery was free and quick. I got the TV in 2 or 3 days. All around, a good experience.

Love the remote! the roller lets you change channels with ease. Picture and colors are sharp! This tv is very user friendly!
