    Not a user friendly tv! I can’t use common apps that would be found on Roku and Amazon fire. I had to buy a $45.00 remote just to be able to navigate the Channels. I wouldn’t recommend this TV.

    Honestly one of the worst TVs I have ever bought. Extremely slow setup. Disconnects multiple times at a day from the internet and freezes not stop.

    Unfortunately the screen went out 6 months after purchase. It was repaired and just over 2 years later, same thing again. Audio only, no visual.

    It is OK for the purchase price, but the pictures quality is terrible. Unfortunately, we did not take it out the box until after the syotes returned date expired,

    Had it for about 14-days. Screen randomly goes black. Have to turn off and back on to get it to work again. Will go back to Best Buy. Have read some previous reviews where this happened to other customers.

    Slow with commands and keeps disconnecting from wifi!! Had it less than a month. Don't buy LG.

    The OS keeps hanging or freezing

    I bought it because of my previous good experience with LG TV, but I was so disappointed with this one. It's not very responsive, always hanging. Maybe software issues. My user experience is zero. I wish I had open the box earlier before the return date expires, I would have just returned it but now I am stucked with a poor user experience TV

    For this device, I can not give stars. I am extremely disappointed with this buy. When watching TV shows and movies is awful I could not get through the whole show or movie without the connection dropping, it is very frustrating. After calling and troubleshooting it got me nowhere. I checked all my internet connections and wifi boxes and not to mention all my other devices were working just fine, it comes down to the model of the TV.

    Keeps stacked and won’t work. Nothing can’t do, must completely reset for it to restart again.But Best Buy Geeks has the best customer service’s.

    TV did not work properly new out of the box. LG support could not help with set up and it just wouldn't work with my cable TV or it's own remote. Beyond that, the picture quality was not good. TOTAL frustration getting a refund. Still have not received refund on 5YR Geek Squad Protection. They say it is coming in the form of a gift card. It should have been credited to my account at the time of return. EXTREMELY unhappy customer.

    Yes reasonable but finicky - my mom has had in assisted living and cannot sync - resorts back to LG platform - we tried everything !

    Worst WIFI TV EVER!!!

    Worst WIFI TV I have owned. Constantly loses connection and freezes when trying to stream movies or shows. Even when it does stream picture quality is crap and consistently going fuzzy because it is trying to load the show or movies. Tried all trouble shooting and still consistently freezes. Remote is super small and all the buttons are very close together. Don’t purchase. My Roku TVs from 8 years ago work better than this thing.

    We had to buy a sound bar to correct the lack of sound quality/volume. this came as a great surprise as sound was the reason that we bought a new TV

    Not worth the frustration, even if it was $50. The OS is rediculously slow, menus are convoluted and limited, and often after watching a spinning dial while it thinks, it just decides to give up and ignore whatever option you just tried to select. Also, it drops from the wifi network consostantly and I have to completely reboot the tv to get it back.

    I do not like to give negative reviews. Honestly, this was the worst TV I have bought in my lifetime. It had to update every 30 mins, then it would take 3-5 mins to complete the update, then you could start watching it again. I will never buy another LG product

    The remote is so busy and hard to ude. The landing page is always the smart page to change to default cable channel you have to use their remote
