The picture quailty is sub par. I tried watching powerpuff girls and the the picture started to jump. It took a while fir the picture to get clear as well. I did not like it at all.

This TV arrived with the screen shattered. Best Buy stuck to their return policy and refused to do anything about it. Instead the folks on the phone say to take it back to the store and see if they will take it back. Really!!!

Terrible TV, we haven’t had this not even for 4 months and it is already broke. I have to keep turning on and off several times until the TV comes on the screen. I’ve bought several LG tvs over the years and I love it. But I would not recommend the cheap versions of it like this one.

TV fine. Geek Squad and Management when you have an issue were beyond abysmal and atrocious. Worst part about being lied to and PAYING for the lie is to only have the manager of the store and geek squad make it seem normal. Thanks!

The TV stopped working 5 months after purchase. I do not recommend unless you have time for Geek Squad to come to your home three time only to be told you have to contact the manufacture and LG tells you to contact Geek Squad

I bought this tv almost exactly a year ago and it stopped working two days after the warranty expired. It worked perfectly for a whole year then started flickering Off and on. I do not recommend this product

This TV has horrible blacks. I’ve adjusted all of the settings I can. And scenes In the dark are unwatchable. There’s no way to turn off HDR and I think a lot of issues would be fixed since the HDR on this is trash. Avoid this tv.

TV arrived broken. I bought this TV after the one my mother bought me for Christmas arrived broken. I didn’t open the box until April when I finished remodeling my home. I had to buy 3rd TV. They wouldn’t take the 1st one back

TV worked for a couple weeks and then started having problems, shortly after the 15 day return warranty through Best Buy ended. Now I have to try LG to see about a replacement.

Definitely a waste of money, I got it to play video games on it, and when plugging the HDMI I can't even hear the game. You would've thought that because it's a good brand TV it would work flawlessly, well no... I regret buying this
