    I ordered a brand new TV and received open box. I am a total tech member and Best Buy account holder ! I’m very unhappy and ready to cancel my credit card. This is crazy.

    Not a good tv no one told us you had to order a certain remote from lg in order to use alexa

    TV came in with missing pieces. Legs on the TV was extremely flimsy.

    3rd attempt to write this. First 2 got kicked off. So this is it. TV looks goid but hard setup considering 2 inputs.

    I want to return tv for a bigger size and different brand because the 50 in looks way to small not want I pictured

    I received it and it was broken. it takes a couple of days to open it because it was remodeling

    Simple to use, great picture and easy install. Installed for elderly parents and it was simple enough that they picked it up and figured it out. The picture is outrageously good!

    TV is nice, but limited inputs and outputs, and a terrible remote. Picture quality is good, but is not very good on sports as it is only a 60hz refresh rate, and pixelates all the time. Why are they still not using 120hz on all TVs? They were using 60hz 15 years ago! On any TV over 40" 60hz just doesn't get the job done. Overall I am happy as the price was exceptional. But if I had to do it again I prolly would have gone with the Samsung for a little bit more.
