I went to the store looking for another product. I saw this tv being put on the open box aisle. The salesperson said someone had bought the tv on black friday and the set was too big for the area they wanted to put it in. I got it for a great price and I'm glad I got it.

I bought this 55'' LG TV in this year's thanksgiving day for just $499. Imagine $499 only for 55" TV. I was under impression that picture quality might not be that great as price is so low, but it certainly exceeds my expectations. Sound quality is not great though.

I absolutely love this tv and picture quality is spot on, so far no complaints. would be nice if it had 3rd hdmi port but overall i am super satisfied. not a smart tv but for the price i paid i wasnt expecting one, i have roku hooked up and now it is just as smart as any smart tv! very satisfied!

Overall a great product. Has amazing resolution which makes it great for playing shooter games and watching netflix. Downside is that the sound quality isn't the greatest. I would definitely recommend a soundbar with the tv since it makes a HUGE difference.

This tv was a black Friday sale item for $499.00. This was the best deal I have ever seen on a tv this thin and large with such a quality picture. It is thin for hanging on a wall or can sit on a stand. Every car in line Thanksgiving night was getting one.

this tv is perfect i did not want a 55' originally but the price and the lg brand changed my mind and im so happy i did. we live in a condo which is the reason i htought it would be too large. but it turns out too be a great fit and it has a wonderful picture and great features. a must buy

Bought online in a Black Friday deal. So far we have not had any real problems. You definitely need a sound bar or other speaker system for adequate sound . And the set up instructions could be better regarding connecting a gaming system to the TV.

great tv, perfect size for my living room, easy to connect with other devices, i am already connect with a blue ray, surraond sistem, and a media player (roku), i am happy with this product, and yes i recommend this, sound not to good not too bad.

I bought this for my son's bedroom to be a TV for his PS4. It's a good size for a bedroom and so far we are very pleased with the quality. The only thing that took some getting used to was the lack of quality sound as we are used to bigger TVs.

I purchased this TV during blackfriday sale with a great price ($500). So far it's perfect. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is the TV only have 2 HDMI inputs. However, considering its LOW price, this TV is still a good choice.

This is a nice TV for gaming and general movie viewing. The support for game mode is nice to minimize delay during games. This unit does not support smart features but that was clearly described in the descriptions. Performance is very good and meets expectations for the price.

I got this TV during Black Friday Elite Plus Access. Delivery was prompt, unboxed and set up the TV without any issue. Picture quality is not so great like Samsung. Change color setting helps the image quality. Default setting is not so great.

Purchased this LG55"LED on a whim .i haven't never owned. Anything from LG previously.it is a fantastic tv for the price I paid for it. Can't wait to get the internet feature hooked up as well.One of the best investments for electronics ever

I bought this on Black Friday and the price and therefore value was fantastic. Very happy with it. LG Brand was not on my radar until I recently saw one, and they have a great picture. I will be looking at another LG HDTV in the near future!

This was a good purchase. Easy to set up. Able to use 2 HDMI outlets. Plus PS3 and DVD player. The picture is great. The sound wasn't so hot. I had to purchase a sound bar to get the sound to match the picture. The sound was it's only issue.

We got this tv on an early Black Friday deal. It's a great tv with a good picture. We use it in our bedroom (little too big but that's okay for the deal we got) and love the picture. It's not a smart tv but that's okay a blu ray fixes that.

Overall this TV is a great buy. The picture quality is crisp and vibrant. The sound suffers a bit but can be adjusted in the settings menu. For those with many peripherals, I would recommend getting a switch or a tuner with multiple ports.

I bought this awesome TV on one of the Black Friday sales and it was well worth the wait in line. I simply love everything about this TV. If there is something negative about it I would say thatI do have to turn up the volume louder than I did my old TV, but that's it.

I brought this tv on black Friday got it at an excellent price. It was easy to set up scan the channels with the HDMI cord. Love the picture quality and how I can easily go to different inputs by allowing me to hook my phone up to stream videos and movies if need be.

I wasn't looking for a smart tv since I have a receiver and other components to create a full smart system, so I went looking for a decently priced 50-60" tv and was lucky enough to find this one. The picture quality is very sharp especially for the price. Great TV.
