PROS: AWESOME SUPERB PICTURE QUALITY!!!, 240Hz(most 4K has 120Hz), 3D is passive but very deep, smart Tv, it upscales the 720p(cable box) to 1080p. Bluray 1080p to 2160p! Speaker sounds good, magic controller is handy and easy to navigate. Easy to pair with soundbar or home theatre. Got mine thru BOSE Acoustimass 16 and Yamaha 7.1 amp. Wifi and Settings are easy to set up! CONS: back panel heats up (Geek squad told me its "NORMAL") You cant play or download PANDORA.

This is the best purchase we ever made. It is awesome.

the 4k took some getting use to but it is great would recommend new high speed hdmi cables

We like the LG TV. We have had no problems with this TV.

Out of box purchase and received an excellent product.

I initially bought the Samsung device because everyone keeps saying that Samsung is best but I hated almost everything about it. This LG Tv is beautiful, best design I have seen, and picture quality is excellent. I didn't see any difference between this and the Samsung in terms of picture. I actually think this one looks just a little better. The webOS platform is perfect for a smartTV. On Samsung everything had to reload if I left it but on WebOS I can resume exactly from where I left off and it is so easy to use. I don't normally write reviews but all I can say that I am very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this TV a couple weeks back and I loved it. During my calibration I realized that when I did a white screen test there was a faint diagonal line going from upper right to bottom left. When you adjust the contrast this line either gets sharper or more faded. I wasn't sure if I had a faulty set so I opted for an exchange. The next 55UB9500 also had the same faint line. At that point I realized that this must just be a by-product of their backlighting design. I continued with my calibration and the picture came out looking surreal. I was very pleased. Unfortunately, a day later I found out the second set was defective for a completely unrelated reason so I boxed her up and went back to the store. I eventually decided to go with the 65UB9500 instead. I'm a happy camper. I figured I would write this review in case someone else noticed the same thing with their 9500.

the regular dvds dont look to great upscaling but i havent tried it long enough blu-rays look incredible havent tried 3d yet i recommend this tv to anyone to buy awesome picture and i really like the sound on it to
