This TV was a big upgrade from the Toshiba 55" I returned. Being LG brand it worked great with my LG surround sound. TV picture and sound quality is superb. The TV has high quality kick stand. The TV is slim and the functions are easy to use. My biggest issue with the TV was the Roku remote. Like other Roku remote it is tiny and is low quality. Also, I returned the TV assuming I needed a Roku account (I cancelled my subscription a year ago). You actually don't need a Roku account to use the apps. This Roku feature bothered me so I'm planning to get a 4K Smart TV instead.

I knew I wanted a larger TV and preferably a smart TV. My family had been using Roku devices for about 2 years so I figured why not buy a TV with a Roku built in. It was the right choice. The user interface was simple and familiar, honestly would be equally easy for anyone who did not have experience with a roku. Since we already had an account all we had to do was put in our info and it did all the work. On top of that the picture is incredible and it makes playing my PS4 that much better. Definitely a great product to buy.

Skipped all of the Black Friday sales at Best Buy because I didn't want to die in some blood battle over a "once in a season deal" before I had my morning coffee. Glad I waited, because that Saturday, Best Buy offered this set at an amazing price. And it was well worth it. Great picture. Easy instructions. Smart TV. Makes watching the Bears lose almost enjoyable. LG keeps getting better and better. Use to be a "Samsung only" guy, but this one gives them an honest run for their money and at a much better price. Great product reviews on line, also.

Its a great smart TV but the remote can be better. You have no way of entering direct channels, because the remote does not have any numbers. Not sure if you can upgrade on the remote. Over all its a good smart TV for the price.

I went into the store looking to replace my broken 60" Sharp. The picture is good and the sound is optimal. We usually keep it on level 14 if I'm alive but with the family around i have to turn it up around 30 or 40 level. It def needs a sound bar in a noisy room. Switching inputs is very easy. I don't like the app buttons on the remote that don't work. My toddler iscalways pushing them. Overall great purchase for the price and i love the roku feature that you can add apps from your phone.

We got this over a month ago and shopped around and read many reviews before buying anything these days. This is a smart tv and is very easy to use. I used to have to use my chromecast to watch netflix but this is built in and is so much easier to use and there is no pausing of the movie we are watching on netflix . The picture quality is beautiful and the controls are so easy to use and you can use your smartphone as well. We love it!

This is my first "big" TV. I had previously owned a 32" Insignia Roku TV and it was okay. LG has a good name among my friends and family, and I had fallen in love with the Roku. The LG didn't disappoint! The colors are crisp and bold. Set up couldn't have been easier. I am confident in saying I won't buy another TV without Roku if I can help it, and I would buy another LG without giving it a second thought.

Our TV unexpectedly went out and we were forced to purchase a new one rather quickly. I mean, who can live without a TV, right?! I went on Amazon as well as several other "discount" sites and this was by far the best value and highest rated. I also was really thankful for the free delivery and haul away offered when I purchased it. I am thrilled with the picture and ease of use with this TV!

Long time Samsung TV loyalist trying LG for the first time. Was quite please with the quality results of this large screen. For such an awesome price, I found this particular model just as good as the Samsungs I already own, (3). Reviews indicate that you must create ROKU account to set up, but that is incorrect. It took me less than 10 minutes to get it up and running with little adjustments. Very pleased with this purchase. Best Buy does it again for me!

TV broke right before Christmas and needed a replacement quick. Originally went into the store to find something inexpensive and worth the price. Salesperson showed me this 55 inch beauty. A little bigger than my old tv and it's a smart tv at a reasonable price. Easy to hang on wall, easy to set up, and the extra free apps through ROKU is definitely an added bonus.

I absolutely love this television. It was easy to assemble, set up and begin watching tv. The Roku is amazing and love that it is already installed. I may consider a sound bar to make the sound more of a surround sound feel but absolutely love this television...buy it!!

This TV is great. It was hands down the least expensive and best quality smart TV and its 55"!!! I also have Apple TV on another television but I like Roku 100x more. It's easier to use and has all the same features. The picture on this tv is great. It also has good sound. I'd recommend this tv to anyone on a budget!

This was a great buy. I had been shopping for the best price for a name brand smart TV that was at least 50". LG's were usually more expensive than other brands but I signed up for Best Buy Daily Deals & got an email that this 55" LG was was only $499 so I ordered it & picked it up on my way home. Love it!!!

I bought this t.v. as an impulse purchase. I have always been very happy with LG products so a t.v. made by them was a no brainier. The picture quality is amazing and I love being able to access Netflix, Amazon and others right from my TV using the remote. I would highly recommend this t.v.

Was deciding between this TV and a Samsung. Same specs. I've owned various Samsung TVs in the past. Samsung is our go to brand for TVs. I've never owned an LG but had read good reviews. This one in particular was the best bang for our buck. TV comes with roku installed(default system) and roku remote(no earphone output). TV is huge in our apartment which is a plus for movie nights and gaming. Colors seems iffy at first but once your figure out the settings you'll find what's right go you. Having a 120HGz 4K Samsung in my room and then looking at this made me not like the TV at first. But after a while you start to appreciate this TV. Speakers are actually GOOD! We have no need external speakers. Speakers are much better than my 4K Samsung. TV looks really stylish with the leg stands. It's pretty slim as well. ONLY downside I've found about it, is that the quality of the content(apps) on roku like Netflix/ YouTube/ Hulu/ etc are not great! Quality is bad compared to when we use the Xbox to stream or the NVIDIA shield box. Those apps don't do the TV justice so I suggest using a streaming box. Other than that, this TV is great for the price!

I recently purchased this TV for my father in law as a Christmas gift. Good picture, ease of setup, and a very attractive price point by Best Buy. If you're not ready to dive into 4K yet and want an affordable 2nd television or one that doesn't need all the bells and whistles, this is a great set.

Bought this TV for a kid's game/entertainment room. TV size and picture quality is excellent for the price. Also, the option to stream TV shows/movies/music via Roku is a great benefit. Highly recommend this TV for anyone looking for a no-frills, easy set-up, big screen, HDTV.
