I've long been a fan of LG products - both my computer monitors are LG, so of course I checked out their TVs first. Totally glad I did, after comparing it to Sonys and whatnot in the price range, went with this and wasn't disappointed. This unit is great, I'd totally recommend it, great picture and the smart features are cool.

Good solid smart TV, apps open quick, snappy and quick input, picture quality is very impressive. Overall if your looking for a solid sleek smart TV this is the best way to go for the price

Now that i have owned this since Feb 18th i can give a thorough honest complete review... This is my first smart tv and i gotta say im impressed with this LG and its my first,, i have owned sony and a couple other brand flat screen tvs but i feel this so far is the best i have ever owned !! The tv did 2 firmware upgrades and i recommend doing these during your setup so everything is up to date & you get the most out of the tv. The LG 55LF6100 has soooo many settings you can spend alot of time messing around with to suit your needs but once you do WOW its got a full rich screen that blends all the colors as well as fast motion on the screen and the sound really amazed me for such a thin tv and with some settings you can really fine tune it ,, but i am running a sound bar.. The smart tv feature has so much to offer and its very fast just bringing up the browser or looking for movies is quick and has no problem streaming movies as i watch 3 in a row one rainy day.. Connections are perfect for the techy user with enough HDMI etc to satisfy the common user that may want to connect some external devices.. The tv is very thin and very durable feeling when i installed it on my pedistal and the mounts on the back are standard vesa and easy to find any wall mount for the tv no weird mount to look for .. There is a smart remote for this as a optional item but the remote that is included is very nice and layed out well and does not feel cheap in the hand .. Register your tv on th LG site and you will get some nice offers aka warranty etc..

The IPS panel LG uses has a wider viewing angle than other brands. Picture is excellent. Also sound is decent, no sound bar needed. WiFi was easy to setup and smart TV streaming works well. 3 HDMI ports lets me input a DVD player and other video sources such as a VCR.

I am extremely happy with my TV purchase. The size is perfect for our room, the color is great and your serviceman who programmed it for us was fantastic. We paid to have the TV delivered, setup and programmed for us. The serviceman you sent to us went above and beyond the call of duty. He was extremely patient with me in teaching me how to use the Smart TV as this is the first one we have purchased. I would recommend this particular serviceman and your setup & programming product to anyone. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Great TV. It's so clear that it took me a while to get used to the image. Still throws me off sometimes. My only concern is that when I watching Netflix through the apps, I have to turn the volume up above 50 to get the same clarity at 18 I use to watch cable.

The picture is great and the smart function is a nice feature. The picture completely goes to the edge of the screen, which I really like, and it make the TV look larger. I have 13 ft ceilings in my family room, and this TV fits very nicely mounted on the wall.

Love the new LG TV I purchased after Christmas. Bigger than I planned to buy but glad I did. Great picture & the smart TV feature is easier to use than I expected. Feel like I can't stop watching it

This television delivers a great picture with deep colors and no distortion. I can also access the internet. Although 55" it's lightweight and easy to setup/move. The sound is also superior to most.

This is the first real big screen TV I've bought. My previous one was a 720p 32" TV. This one was exactly what I needed. Excellent picture. Lots of features. Great price. I have no complaints.

The picture quality is AMAZING especially for the price! It literally takes older shows/movies and makes them look almost 3D like. The blacks are a little dark but other than that it is a great TV with an adequate refresh rate @ 120Hz equipped with a sport's mode and great sound quality. The ONLY thing I have a complaint about is the terrible selection of Apps available through LG App Store. Go to lgappstv.com and view them yourself. If they provided all the top say 50 apps available on a Roku, Chromecast, or other popular streaming media devices like HBO GO and Sling TV then I would have no complaints. The TV is such a great purchase for the price.

Was purchasing a Sony at the register then spotted this and switched at the last minute. Great sound and over love the very sleek design. Blends perfectly in my very contemporary living area. Super clear picture. Lg always gets it right.

LG 55 in Smart TV has a very clear picture and is easy to use. We're really enjoying it! Geek squad did a very professional job both installing the tv and explaining how to work it.

This tv has a great picture quality very clear HD channels. Super convenient to use Netflix and Amazon Prime. However the remote can be annoying with the button placement of the directional arrows. You have to be able to look at it and not do it by feel. I guess I'm just used to my old one.

Bought this TV after returning a cheaper option that I knew better than to buy. In the end the features and quality makes the purchase seem justified. You won't be let down.

I was a little hesitant to get a smart TV but am so glad I did. The picture quality is outstanding and the smart functions are really easy to learn and use. Love it!

really thin frame that lets the screen really stand out, and beautiful picture quality. motion rate of 240 means the screen can keep up with fast moving action. lots of "smart" features as well that I haven't really messed with too much yet. one complaint: the speakers are terrible! however, the reason I didn't take away a star for that is because this is to be expected from these really thin lcd/led tvs. that's one thing I liked about plasmas; they were thicker, which allowed room for better speakers. thin tvs mean think speakers, and you can't get any bass at all from ultra thin speakers. the volume is good, it's just that the sound is really hollow sounding. definitely need at least a sound bar, in my opinion.

This tv is awesome! Great price and it has a great picture! Not complicated to use like some other tv's are. I would recommend this to other people any day.

We get a great picture and the convenience of being able to connect to the internet, streaming services and the content on our laptops is great. One less remote. The only thing we have yet to figure out is how to adjust the sound volume on streaming movies. While the volume works for the TV we can not increase it on the streaming side.

The tv has a much clearer picture than our previous tv. I really like the 'smart tv' function as do my kids. Great purchase! Sales person at the Florence store really helped in making our decision.
