Great picture and features and discounted by $1,000. Sales rep was right on about the picture quality. Fantastic. But I had a major problem with the store manager, she was not customer friendly, TV stand was missing a screw, but instead of helping me get 1 screw, she wanted me to return the entire TV. Since this was the last 1 in the store, I was to place an order for a new 1, pay again ($3,000 x 2), while waiting for my refund and TV. No wonder BB is losing business, all I needed was a screw. Amazing, and I'm not talking about the TV.

I have owned this tv for about 2 weeks and I love it .it looks great .doesn't have the greatest sound.it is trebly.it doesn't have much bass but I didn't expect it to with little tweeters in it.no HDTV has great bass.the picture is awesome football I watch and my flyers hockey looks great

I used to have Pioneer Kuro display, which at the time was regarded as one of the best plasma displays. I would say that this OLED display matches the performance if not surpassing it. The black levels are great and the colors are beautiful. Displaying native 4K material is outstanding.

I bought this TV after waiting quite a while to pull the trigger. All I can say is I wish I would have bought it sooner. It has an outstanding picture no matter what you are watching. Sports, movies and regular programming all look stunning. Best Buy does a great job keeping up with the current specials which is great when you just want to pick the item up in store.

I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THIS TV. I DID DO A LITTLE ADJUSTMENTS TO COLOR AND BRIGHTNESS THE FIRST DAY AFTER PURCHASING. I HAVE ALWAYS OWNED PLASMA TV'S AND THIS OLED IS COMPARABLE TO PLASMA AND SO MUCH MORE. THE SOUND, VIEWING RANGE, AND MOTION RATE, AND OVERALL QUALITY OF THIS TV FAR EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS. I AM VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED THAT I DECIDED ON THIS TV. ALTHOUGH THIS TV MAY BE A BIT PRICEY, IN MY OPINION IT'S WORTH EVERY CENT.

I was -very- hesitant to spend this amount on a TV for general family usage. However, I was coming from a failed plasma unit and tried several LCD units and nothing met what I considered to be acceptable. This OLED set is not perfect, but it has a picture better than anything I've seen. The incredible blacks provide a picture that was so striking it actually took a bit of viewing to get used to. I have found that the picture has improved after usage. Consistency is better, even colors over the entire screen, etc. The technology does have some limitations with the ABL for bright scenes, and if I run certain tests I can find some flaws, but in real world viewing situations I don't. I also am not a big fan of the "magic remote" it works, but the voice commands are terrible compared to the Sony unit I tested before buying this. Good source material is needed to show this off to the full potential. Much like high end audio, good material makes it shine but bad source material is really bad. OLED is the future for TV's sets. If you are coming from a good quality plasma set there is nothing else that will be as good. I think it's better than the Panasonic 55GT30 I had before. Much better

I recently wanted to replaced my HD TV that was 4 years old to a 4K. I first purchased a Samsung 9000 series and felt that the picture quality was worse than my old tv. Even after much calibration I was not impressed. I decided to take it back and swap it for the LG OLED. Yes it was a bit more that I was looking to spend but it was worth the extra money!! I love my new TV now and the picture quality is breathtaking. It feels like you are in the movie. I highly reccomend this product to anyone that has high expectations for their TV's and can appreciate the picture quality it produces. The individual pixels produce the most amazing blacks right next to the whites for an amazing dark image unlike Samsung was able to produce.

After looking for a TV for about 2 years, I finally found this on sale at a decent price. Best picture ever! My xbox one games look amazing! And my Amazon streaming picture is the best I've seen it. Get one. You will not regret it.

Never expected to have a tv with this great a picture. Great color and side view clarity

I was unsure if I should go with Samsung since I have loved their tv's. I had a 46 inch lcd that still has a great picture. I decided to splurge and go with the LG. Well worth the money. Love the smart tv features. So easy to watch netflix and the picture is silly clear. It help me to justify paying 3k for a tv. But I did pay that for my old Samsung 9 years ago!

I'm not a big electronics guy. I just wanted outstanding quality. After reading reviews and going to Best Buy to see it in action it was a no brainer. That being said we do not have cable but we rely on a long range antenna. Some of the older shows and movies that we watch are just ok, What we rent from Amazon is always amazing especially night scenes. I do expect things will be even better when we install a new router. So with barebones set up this is still pretty amazing. 3D is like we watched in the store. Just blows you away! As does travel and underwater scenery. Glad we bought this and I highly recommend it.

After reviewing online, we settled on the LG OLED for it's bright colors, and enhanced resolutions. When we viewed the set live, it was everything we wanted. It is the center piece of out entertainment center.

Clarity great, Contrast great, Color good. I am the owner of pioneer elite 50" plasma TV. The pioneer looks better.

I just exchanged my SamsungUN55JS9500 for this baby after not being very impressed with the Samsung. The picture on this TV blows the Samsung away for 500 dollars more. I paid 2499 for Samsung and 2999 for this one. I can't say enough about how helpful Best Buy sales team was during the whole process. Regular direct TV HD programming looks much better than my other plasma televisions. Very crisp colors and details. Sports look incredible and Youtube 4k blows you away. Now instead of feeling just mediocre about my purchase, I am excited and very pleased.

I looked at all the competition....this OLED smart TV has the best video experience, and the features and functions are a pleasure to use. Love the wireless remote!

The black level and color on this TV are quite possibly the best I've ever seen. Every picture, including non 4k sources look sharper thanks to the video processing in the television. OLED technology makes this television very thin in places but still has some sections in the back that are somewhat thicker for the internal components. The "Magic Remote" that comes with this TV is lackluster. The pointer capability is helpful in certain instances, for the most part, it seems to be more novel than functional. The remote also lacks several standard buttons (guide being the most notable for DVR's) and therefore requires you to use the onscreen remote which requires several more button presses than a standard remote.
